Stayed Dec 20, 2025Best communication. Outstanding stay. Our best ever as we use VRBO a lot. Heated salt water pool can’t be beat. The boat was. Huge bonus as we are from WI and love to go fishing and we caught plenty of fish. 13 different species. Accommodations are an 11 out of 10. Could not have found a better place to spend our Christmas weeek this year. *****

Stayed Aug 8, 2025An absolutely beautiful home! Communication prior to the stay was above and beyond. Being a landscaper I am in awe of the beauty around the home both front and back. The pontoon was a plus and we used it almost every day! The house was well-equipped. Being right on the water felt felt like a true tropical vacation and much needed. I would recommend this home if you want a fantastic get away! .

Stayed Jul 12, 2025This property exceeded all expectations. Very clean and comfortable. The back yard was beautiful from the tree's to the stone around the pool all the way to the boat walkway. We used the pontoon on several occasions and had no problems. The sandbar area is a must visit by boat. It was peaceful and the water was so relaxing. Thanks for sharing your place with us.

Stayed Jun 28, 2025The house was nicely decorated and exceptionally clean. We loved hanging out by the pool surrounded by the beautiful landscape. The kitchen is fully stocked and attention is paid to every detail, including comfy beds. Kim & Brenda are great hosts and very responsive. We didn't get to use the boat much due to the weather but we hope to return again in the future.

Stayed Aug 3, 2024We vacationed at this home for a week at the beginning of August, with our teenage son. This house, yard, and boat are all amazing. Our teenager was never bored and fished from the dock. House is impeccably clean, very well appointed, and kitchen is well stocked and organized! The owners are responsive as well as the property manager. Highly recommend visiting Tarpon Springs, visit the Heritage Museum and Safford House, eat at Rusty Bellies, and get a treat and coffee from the Taste of Greece. Also, highly recommend Craft Street Kitchen in Trinity. We plan to return!

Stayed Jul 13, 2024Beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood but still close to everything. The house was spotless when we arrived. The pool area is gorgeous with so many extra features. Beds and pillows were the most comfortable I’ve ever slept on in any rental. The only negative I can think of was it was a little tricky to get the water temperature right in the shower but that could have been user error. Communication was wonderful. Would definitely rent from Brenda & Kim again!!
