FALL SALE - Ideal location - Across from Sugarhouse Park

It was one of the best experiences i ever had. The place is veey comfortable foe travel. Its just 15mins drive from airport.

Bedrooms were great and having two complete sitting areas in the house worked out well for the five of us. Host was super responsive to any texts we sent. Location worked well for us as well, especially since we walked our dogs two to three times a day in the local neighborhood and in the park. We had a great stay!

Check-in information was clear and concise. Perfect home for the family to stay before University of Utah move in. Kitchen was well stocked.

Place was clean and a great location for walking around

Cute house across from a beautiful park & within walking distance of The Dodo, they have great food & service and an excellent outdoor seating area. Baskin & Robbins is even closer :). Beutifully remodeled, very clean & well stocked.

We stayed three nights in June with five family members. The location across from sugarhouse Park is ideal for being centrally, located in the city with nice nature and some restaurants in walking distance. The house itself has a very nice small backyard and patio, and is clean and simply kept.

Stayed here four nights with family for son's graduation from the U. Emily quickly responded to all my questions and made the stay easy and comfortable. The home is in a convenient location, was clean, and the appliances and fixtures were in good working order. Linens and towels were fresh and new. Beds and pillows were good. Did not hear traffic in the house despite being on a major road. Bedrooms are in the back and downstairs. Bathrooms and bedrooms even had nightlights - an indicator of the host's attention to detail, which was evident throughout. Being across from the park and near many restaurants and grocery stores was great for our event. The only challenge was backing down the narrow driveway and the limited space to hang bath towels for seven people. Our family agreed we would stay here again in the future!

Our stay was perfect! The house was super comfy and spacious and met all of our needs!

Great little property close to everything in the Sugarhouse neighborhood. Clean and as advertised. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful house in a great location. Perfect for a family Thanksgiving weekend with our kids!

The house was clean and the perfect size. downsides: the street was under heavy construction so was hard to get in and out, the front/back lawns weren’t mowed, our truck had difficulty getting up the narrow drive (bushes should’ve been trimmed, a huge load of linens was left in the dryer. Otherwise, great place and I’d rent again after street construction is complete.

Lots of room for extended family to stay together. Very reasonable price. Nice location.

great neighborhood...not too far a walk to restaurants/shopping. Clean and well maintained.

We stayed here one night during a road trip. Very nice house and clean. The kids were thrilled to have the entire basement level to themselves, with two bedrooms, a bathroom, and a lounge area with big couches. We walked to the Dodo restaurant nearby and to Baskin Robbins ice cream, all very convenient.

Loved the house and location. Didn’t know about the construction and the impact it had on us getting to and from the house sucked.

Property was clean and well kept. Location was great. Communication with owners on arrival was good. I only wish we had known about the construction and how to get to property thru the barricades ahead of time.
