Fairway Retreat | Stylish Coastal Home Near Golf, Beaches & Carlsbad Fun

Amenities were all in great condition. Kitchen was well stocked and all the recreational equipment (golf, ping pong and pool table) were in good working order. Host was very welcoming.

We had a wonderful time at Golfer’s Paradise. The house and location are amazing, and the putting green and all outdoor activities were awesome. So close to a local beach, and plenty of things to do. We are from Texas, and didn’t realize most houses on the coast don’t have air conditioning, but it didn’t matter - the weather was perfect and the ocean breeze kept us cool and comfortable. We will definitely return!

Ok. I will attempt to separate fact from opinion here as I had a personal hiccup with management and you decide. I’ll say in advance, it was minor but annoying. First the property. It’s lovely, period. A bit older, but well maintained. The kitchen was one of the best laid out and appointed with accessories. The beds were comfortable and bathrooms all functional. Plenty of linen. It’s a quiet property close to the beach. So here’s my beef. I was recovering from an illness an and leaving a hotel with 1 pm check out. There was no one at the property immediately prior to us, so it was ready. I asked to check in a few hours early and management was fine with it at 25$: hour. Ok. We paid it. Then came multiple text and email to take out the trash bins, then bring them back. Hmm, why did I pay a management fee and cleaning fee again? We had one friend who slept over two nights and three different couples who came at different times for dinner and left. I was reminded there’s a limit to 8 people on the property ( I’ve stayed in Encinitas and leucadia for years, never told there was a limit to people ON a property). We never had more than four. As I said annoying but not critical. The managers, if asking a tenant to do work, should have comped a few hours and been all the bigger for it.

We loved our stay! County fair in full swing, weather great, and great location to walk and grab a cup of coffee and many dining options.

Our family all hope to return someday! The location is second to none and the home had every type of amenity you could think of. We enjoyed our morning walks to the donut and coffee shop. Our last night at the home we spent reading books with the kids by the outdoor fire. Easy check in / check out and communication with prop mgmt.

Great stay

My family was absolutely spoiled by this last minute booking. We used the hot tub, the mini golf, the pool table, the outdoor fireplace. We lived the good life for a week and the good life sure was sweet.

The Golfer's Grandview Paradise is a hidden gem! It's unreal how much space and amenities this property offers. The sunset views are breathtaking and the putting green, ping-pong table and pool table offered a lot of extra family fun. I highly recommend this beautiful property!

I rented this property as a get-away for my parents and it was everything I hoped for and more. The rental process and communication with the management team was seamless. The home is lovely and cozy with so many windows and natural light. It is equipped with everything you would need and more. The outdoor space is spectacular! From the beautiful golf area, to the many seating and eating spaces to the outdoor fireplace. And then there are the ocean views! Absolutely stunning!! We would definitely stay again.
