The Space:

Fairway Getaway is a comfortable retreat in a quiet Bella Vista neighborhood surrounded by mature trees and nearby golf courses. With easy access to biking trails, lakes, and Bentonville attractions, it’s a great home base for relaxing weekends and outdoor adventures.



Inside, the home features a bright, functional layout with comfortable spaces for gathering and unwinding after a day exploring Northwest Arkansas. The living room flows into the dining and kitchen areas, creating an inviting space to spend time together.



The home includes 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, making it a great fit for couples, families, or small groups. One bedroom is located on the main floor, while the second bedroom is upstairs. The upstairs loft includes a desk area, making it a convenient spot for remote work.



Outside, enjoy the private patio for morning coffee or an evening wind-down. The garage is available for guest use, providing convenient parking and extra space for bikes and outdoor gear.



Guest Access:

Guests will receive a unique door code prior to arrival for convenient keyless entry through the front door. The garage is available for parking and use during your stay.

Bella Vista is spread across a large area, with trails, lakes, golf courses, restaurants, and other amenities throughout the community. Biking is also a great way to explore the area, with numerous trails nearby. Grocery stores, restaurants, and everyday essentials are just a short drive away.

-No refunds for weather-related events.

-No smoking anywhere on the property.

-All visitors must be off the property by quiet hours, 9 pm to 7 am.

-Early check-in may be available for an additional fee.

-Unbagged trash will result in an additional fee.
