We had a fantastic stay! The property was exceptionally well-stocked with everything we needed, from kitchen essentials to thoughtful extras. The location was perfect—just minutes from downtown and an easy drive to the Colorado National Monument. Communication with the property management team was excellent; they were responsive via text and the app and even shared great local recommendations beyond the standard tourism links. Highly recommend this place and would definitely stay again!

We are family that met up from 3 states to hike, fish, and golf.This place did not work for us because their was a sign above the washer to not wash clothes after 9 p.m.We leave early everyday and come back late. Wonderful for a ladies weekend of riding and relaxing. Easy access to Lunch Loops and close to town. Condo is cute, clean, and comfortable.

This was our 2nd visit at this location. The property is in a great location. It is comfortable and clean. The management team are very nice and responsive.

The place was beautiful and the location was great (just a mile from bike/walking trails). It was a winter when we visited so we did not get to enjoy the cute courtyard. Having the garage was awesome as we knew our bikes were safe and out of the weather!The manager was super responsive and informative.

This place was great for us to easily get to commencement at CMU, to the Monument for hiking and quick in and outs to downtown. Nicely appointed and perfect for what we needed.

Very pleasant accommodations that has a cute charm. Really liked location and great value with three bedrooms and baths. Property manager Wanda was very accommodating to our needs which made everything seem less. We would look no farther for accommodations on our next stay in Grand Junction.

Ioved the 3 full restrooms but having a garage door opener is crutial and we would have felt better with a lick on the outside gate. That is a safety issue because anyone could walk up to the door. The decorations were all over the place but super cozy

We enjoyed our stay at this house. It was well appointed and had room for all three couples. The swamp cooler worked well on the hot days. The kitchen was well stocked. We loved walking to the golf course clubhouse for evening cocktails. Great stay overall!

We enjoyed our stay in this quiet neighborhood. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen very usable, and the decor style made it feel adventurous for the kids. We were central to Fruita and Grand Junction, which cut down on some driving.

I brought my family to town to visit and celebrate a big birthday. The house was incredibly clean, comfortable, and provided all the amenities you can need. I highly recommend this property. The management company was very good to work with as well. Thank you!

We stayed here for my wedding with family. A lovely part of Grand Junction. Lovely outdoor area, great appliances, the house is tight but was a perfect size for what we needed. And having a bathroom in every room is a plus! The house is directly connected to another house on the left, it did not show in the photos, and it was not a problem, but is just for anyone to know that might care.
