Stayed Aug 21, 2025We had a fantastic stay! The property was exceptionally well-stocked with everything we needed, from kitchen essentials to thoughtful extras. The location was perfect—just minutes from downtown and an easy drive to the Colorado National Monument. Communication with the property management team was excellent; they were responsive via text and the app and even shared great local recommendations beyond the standard tourism links. Highly recommend this place and would definitely stay again!

Stayed Feb 17, 2025The place was beautiful and the location was great (just a mile from bike/walking trails). It was a winter when we visited so we did not get to enjoy the cute courtyard. Having the garage was awesome as we knew our bikes were safe and out of the weather!The manager was super responsive and informative.

Property manager Wanda was very accommodating to our needs which made everything seem less. We would look no farther for accommodations on our next stay in Grand Junction.

Stayed Oct 17, 2024Ioved the 3 full restrooms but having a garage door opener is crutial and we would have felt better with a lick on the outside gate. That is a safety issue because anyone could walk up to the door. The decorations were all over the place but super cozy

Stayed Aug 16, 2024We enjoyed our stay at this house. It was well appointed and had room for all three couples. The swamp cooler worked well on the hot days. The kitchen was well stocked. We loved walking to the golf course clubhouse for evening cocktails. Great stay overall!
