FAIRHOPE, DAPHNE, DOWN TOWN MOBILE & BEACHES! OWNER LOVED, MANAGED, AND CLEANED!

Kim was the perfect host and her home was just what we needed and more. We stayed 2.5 weeks and Kim was quick to respond, offer specific things she thought we might need as I was there for surgery and stayed for my recovery. She was so compassionate and helpful and sharing her home with us was a true blessing!

The location was great and so was the owner. However the pictures do not match the house. The furniture in the living room was not the same, some of the furniture was broken or missing handles. There was also places in the ceiling where the “popcorn” was fall off. The kitchen was well equipped and there where plenty of towels.

Home was very well supplied with more than every thing we needed. It is beautifully decorated and comfortable. Located in a very nice neighborhood that felt safe at all times. Jim is a great host!

The home is beautiful and peaceful, as is the neighborhood. This was our second time staying at Kim’s home and it will be our go-to when visiting family in Daphne. It really does feel like a spa. Kim is extremely thoughtful and easy to work with.

Our family of 5 was incredibly comfortable here! You’re close to absolutely everything including Fairhope and Spanish Fort. The house was roomy and comfortable with the outdoor amenities being favorites for the kids. We had everything we needed and Kim is a wonderful host! Thank you for a fantastic stay!

Great time!

Our family booked this stay in Daphne to scout out the area to move to. We absolutely loved the location, the house was so quaint and had all the amenities and Kim was so pleasant to work with. We can't wait to buy a home and call this darling town home.

Conveniently located to restaurants around area. We liked its location because we were there for Mardi-Gras parades in Mobile, Daphne and Fairhope. The house was a good getaway from the traffic from parades. Comfortable.

The home is decorated absolutely beautifully. The neighborhood is quite and close to anything you might need in town. Kim was an excellent host and we will definitely book with her in the future!

We were evacuating from Helene and this was the absolute perfect spot to be. Super relaxing space with an extraordinary vibe. It was just what we needed for two elderly ladies and my wife. Highly recommend this place. Absolute delight.

I stayed at Kim's house while in Daphne with my children for a camp at the USS Alabama Battleship. When I arrived, the house was very tidy and clean and everything I needed was provided. Kim was very responsive to every question I had and beyond hospitable. She went out of her way to make us feel welcomed. I will definitely rent from her again in the future. It was the best experience I've had with vrbo.

We had a wonderful time staying here. The decorations were very tranquil and we loved the convenience of having supplies already there so we didn’t have to carry as much with us. Kim was very friendly and very responsive with any questions we had during our stay. The house was convenient to many places to eat or order in and shopping places. We will definitely be back when we need place to go visit our daughter next time.
