Newly Renovated Dreamy Boho With Bay View

This was one of the best places I have ever stayed at, and I can’t say enough about how easy it was to communicate. Felicia answered any questions right away, and was very eager to be sure everything was comfortable. I could live there, I think! ( if I got rid of 3 storage units of furniture! Haha) but this apartment has everything you need to be comfortable… the induction stovetop was interesting (I am not familiar with cooking on one) but I used the convection oven for most things anyway. So I was happy. There was a community laundry just steps away, so that was handy. It is a pleasant community and the view from the back porch is beautiful … sunsets were awesome. I will definitely stay here again!

Perfect place for my husband and I to get away for a few days. Felicia made sure we had everything we needed. Views were beautiful and the condo was centrally located for easy access to local restaurants and shopping.

Felicia's property was exactly as advertised. It was impeccably clean and delightfully charming. We stayed at her property for a month and everything was great. She gave us our privacy while also being very accessible and prompt in replying to questions. The property itself has beautiful views of Mobile Bay with spectacular sunsets. Truly a gem!

Very clean, well organized. Good location to branch out to the tourist areas we were interested in. Also close to great eating choices, grocery, and any shopping needs. Host was very responsive up front and the place was very well prepared.

Everything was perfect. Beautifully furnished with full kitchen and bath. Wonderful view and definitely worth it. All the little touches added to a comfortable stay.

We were looking for a place to get away for a few nights near Mobile and I found this apartment. The apartment was small but prefect for one or two people. The appliances were new and the apartment has been recently given a facelift. There are excellent restaurants within a few miles and it is very close to the Mobile downtown area. We absolutely fell in love with the rental and the entire area, Can't wait to get back for another stay when we need solitude and peace and quiet. I did not have to opportunity to meet our hostess but when we had questions she answered almost immediately. If there were anything I could say that is not a rave about this place is the TV could be a little larger. My old eyes have a bit of difficulty from across the room. That is but a gnat bite compared to the overall feel of having a place that feels like a second home.

Exceptionally clean, beautiful condo with high quality appliances and furnishings. Perfect location- quiet with beautiful view of Mobile May. We’ll definitely be back in the future - communication couldn’t have been better - fast responses. Thank you!
