Fabulous views of the Gulf with pool and dock!

Easy check/in and check/out process, very close to the home. Home is beautiful - pictures don't do it justice! There are patio doors throughout the home that allow you to take in all the gorgeous views. Plenty of supplies throughout the house for the week. Kids caught tons of fish right off the dock (shrimp worked best), including mostly grunt, snapper and some small barracuda. Kayaks were so fun! Water low in morning and allows you to watch dozens of gorgeous birds getting their breakfast in the bay.

Second year here and absolutely love it! The pool is so refreshing after a day on the boat, and the views are breathtaking! House is clean and washer/dryer are very convenient. Kitty is responsive and very helpful!

You can’t beat the sunsets viewed at this location! Absolutely stunning! Property was great and had everything we needed.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this amazing waterfront home. It was a perfect fit for our family of four. We fished daily from the dock and even had a manatee visit. The pool was the perfect temperature-we used it daily. The house location is perfect, making day trips to both Key West and Key Largo easy. Highly recommend.

We stayed at the house with our family and had an amazing time. We rented a boat and fished every day. Easy ride to 7 mile bridge and vaca cut. Convenient to grocery, shopping, and restaurants. Loved our stay!

The home was very clean and spacious! The views from the wrap around balcony were breath taking! Pool was clean and perfect temp. The family enjoyed fishing right off the dock, and the channel the home is on is actually a popular snorkel spot too. We had some rainy weather on most days which were not good boat days, but the home is close to Crane Point Hammock and plenty of restaurants. Outside bait freezer was helpful and the inside ice maker was a big plus! The neighborhood boat ramp does cost $25 to put in and take out but was easily accessible and close to the house. Perfect family house and for our dog! Very, very happy with our stay! Although check in isn’t at the house it was pretty seamless, we didn’t mind it. Hopefully to return next year!

4th straight year renting in Marathon but our 1st time staying at this house. It checked almost all the boxes for us. A downstairs 1/2 bath would make it perfect and an elevator would definitely make things a lot easier but overall, this house was so enjoyable! The location, pet friendliest, & sunsets make this home a 10! The check in process was not our favorite. A keypad with a code would be our recommendation. We will be back though!!

Well apportioned home with fantastic views. We enjoyed seeing small barracuda, grouper and angel fish off the dock. We had the unexpected treat of seeing a small pod of dolphins right in front of the dock.
