Martin's Grocery Store, the Linebacker, Eddy Street Commons, Rocco's, and the Notre Dame bookstore are all within a 5-minute drive.

With five bedrooms, including four with queen beds and one with a full bed (sleeps 2),guests will find plenty of room to rest. Each bedroom is stocked with luggage racks, hangers in the closet, and end tables for personal belongings.

The home features two full bathrooms that are stocked with towels, soap, shampoo, and a hair dryer.

The home also offers two living rooms each with a comfortable sofa bed, providing extra sleeping space. Each living room has lots of seating and there are extra chairs in the bedrooms.

The kitchen is fully stocked for large groups and contains everything necessary to prepare a meal. Guests will enjoy the coffee station equipped with coffee, cream and sugar, and tea.

The backyard is fully enclosed and private. It's equipped with a patio, table and chairs, and a barbecue. There is plenty of parking including the driveway.

The home has brand new furniture and is very clean. There are many extras like tv trays upstairs and down, folding chairs to increase seating for larger groups, a dining room table with 2 leafs to seat 8 comfortably, an iron and ironing board both upstairs and downstairs, and a washer and dryer. Laundry detergent is also provided.
