    Great house. Extremely clean & well maintained. Great communication from owner. Very small driveway (hard to get a full sized truck into). A bit noisy at night bc you're on a main road. But, very close to some great places to see.

    Chose this rental based on its location because we were attending a workshop in the TEP Center across the street. House is newly constructed, so airy and spacious, very clean with all new appliances & finishes. Only complaints were street noise (we are light sleepers), the beds were too high to our liking and sheets and pillows were on the cheap side. However the pros outweighed the cons for us given the convenient location for our stay.

    Clean property. Easy parking. Near busy road but wasn't noticeable inside the home. Nice fenced area. Lower 9th gets a bad rap. I mean it is like anywhere else. Some areas probably aren't as safe as others but we had zero issues and the house had a security system that made us feel safe as well.
