Fab Townhouse Within Bar Walls, short Walk to River & City. Parking for 2 cars.

Ideally placed in easy walking distance to the city centre, with parking right outside the front door. The house was beautifully presented and a perfect fit for our trip.Sharon was also an amazing host, and very responsive to the questions I asked prior to our visit.Highly recommended!

Fantastic stay in a beautiful clean Home. Great location and so did not use either car once we arrived. So very centrally located. We would love to stay again if and when we come back to York, a great city with so much to do for adults and kids alike.

We had a fantastic stay! Hosts Sharron and Darron couldn't have been more welcoming and attentive.The place was very clean, beautifully decorated, the beds were comfortable and we had everything we needed.It was a very short walk into the centre of York and the parking was very convenient. We were able to explore at our own leisure making it a stress free trip.

This exceeded our expectations. The location was perfect. Close to everything in York, yet quiet and safe. It was perfectly clean, everything worked and the host was great. Easy check in and departure. Great value. Would stay here again without any doubt.

We booked a short day in York to take advantage of the Christmas market. The property was very central and only a five minute walk from the centre of York and the market. The parking space was an added bonus. The property is only a 10 minute walk from the main train station. The sofas and beds were very comfortable. The property is in a very quiet location well away from any noise.

Stayed here for the weekend to treat the family to the christmas market. We have no complaints at all.The distance to every amenity is fantastic, but its so quiet and secure when you've had enough.The house itself is decorated beautifully & its got everything you want & need. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.. Thank you for having us

We had a great time here. We stayed with 2 children and grandparents. The house was really well located inside the city walls and so only a short walk to everything. The living room was a great size and the house was well set up with a well equipped kitchen. Highly recommended!

Excellent location with parking. Very easy walking distance to all the attractions and local shops and restaurants. Lovely comfortable and clean property with an excellent host.

Property itself was nice, however when we arrived the cleaner was over running. She was a lovely lady, but was there for an extra half an hour so we had to just sit in the living room while she finished her clean. And then as she left, she asked me to deal with the bins from the previous tenant and told me she had left all of their towels in the tumble dryer still running so I had to take them out and fold them after they had finished. Not a major issue but a bit cheeky and a bit annoying for the start of our stay.The house was lovely, very comfortable and the host was friendly and easy to contact. Did have some issues with noisy neighbours one night, but obviously not hosts fault. overall, a good stay and location is excellent.

Wished we could’ve stayed longer! Perfect location and oh so quiet. The apartment itself had everything we needed, and was so tastefully decorated. Not far from the train station and the centre of town. Would definitely stay here again. Perfection

This was a lovely place for our family of five to spend two nights! Much more spacious than we anticipated. It had everything we needed except a vegetable peeler and shampoo/body wash for the shower (but the store was around the corner, so we just bought some). Would happily stay here again!

This is a really impressive townhouse, right in York city, just a 5 minute walk from the shops and restaurants. The decor is incredible and Sharon's communication is efficient. We had a wonderful time... thank you!

We enjoyed our 7 nights at this this well appointed large comfortable 3 bedroom 2 bathroom townhouse just a 5 minute easy walk to the city centre.Fully equipped kitchen & laundry. Spacious open plan living area.Parking was right at our townhouse front door which was a bonus for us.SKY Television was also a bonus , especially during the summer period in the UK.Sharon our host was very helpful with a couple of question regarding the TV and laundry appliances.. We thoroughly recommend this townhouse .We hope to return during 2027.

Such a great little place just steps away from everything you want to see in York. We spent most of our short time there sight-seeing but we've already recommended this place to friends who live in the UK.

We had the most amazing stay in York and owe it all to our fabulous host Sharon. We have stayed in many VRBOs and this place was definitely at the top. Lovely, comfortable, short walk to the city center, and we highly recommend to anyone visiting York. Can't wait to visit again.

Great location in York The unit was well taken care of and had everything we needed and expected.

House was even better than advertised, very well presented and quality throughout, check in was easy and host was super quick and helpful with response to questions. The location is great literally minutes walk into centre of York but also lovely quiet street, can't recommend enough.

This townhouse was everything it advertised. The space is so welcoming with plenty of room for individual down time. The location is great for the city centre and local grocery stores are just around the corner. Great for having a busy day while also having a quiet sleep to recharge. Would recommend this property to anyone staying in York.

Perfect position, great facilities, although we couldnt work out the heating and teens room a tad squishy. Super comfy beds and great ahowers! Overall a lovely base for our short stay in York with parking out front and a quiet strret.

Perfect spot to stay when visiting York, easy to walk into town and enjoy the city. Home had all the functionality you need and the space to relax after walking round the city.

The photos of this property do not do it justice, it is beautiful. The decor and all the finishes are outstanding. We had every convenience we could need. Sharon was also very helpful and an excellent host considering all our contact was virtual. I would recommend this property as a great base to explore York.

Excellent stay ,the property is walkable to most areas of York. The Christmas decorations were a nice touch.We went to the minster on Christmas morning and then we had an indian meal at Village Spice about a mile away, same price as any other day, highly recommend. We visited family for the traditional meal on Christmas eve, and there are lots òf other things to do in York.We did the nutcracker trail and visited the Castle Museum .

Property well maintained and equipment, in excellent central location and great communication with host. Would definitely book again.

Comfortable, spacious, very quiet. About half way between train station and center of town. Easy walk to both. Two levels. There is a full shared bathroom upstairs, shower only off the master bedroom, and toilet only downstairs. I appreciated that the total cost was clearly stated (so no additional „cleaning” etc, charges. We’d stay here again on the next trip.

The house was perfect for us. Grandparents, parents and 2 kids. Beautiful inside. Had everything we needed. Easy and very short walk into the city centre. Owners very helpful.

The property is in a fantastic location, well within walking distance of the city, and it was great to have parking for two cars. One was on site, the other in a residential area. There was great communication with the host and we loved our time in the area. Plenty of places to eat and drink nearby as well as local shops. We can't recommend York enough and the Ghost Keeper walk was superb, well worth doing.

We stayed here for 2 nights whilst in York during our 30 days trip from Australia. The hosts were very accommodating and allowed us to leave our car there after check out so we could see more sights. Walking distance to everything. But set back enough that the busy nightlife wasn't heard. The house was clean and fit the description well. We would stay here again

We had a fantastic 3 night stay in York. Sharon was extremely responsive and very accommodating. The location is in a quiet neighborhood but steps away from the Ouse Bridge into the city center and also an easy walk to the Mickelgate City Wall area. The home is modern, well appointed and comfortable. Sainsbury’s is just around the corner and Tesco just across the bridge. One of the best homes we’ve stayed in. We’d definitely book again if we find our way back to York in the future.

Well equipped & maintained property. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Very good communication with property owner. It is situated on a quiet street in a small courtyard. There is parking for one car outside house but the owner ensured a permit was available for second car & parking was easily available on street. The house is a very short walk over river bridge to city centre & convenient to all sights & attractions.
