Exuma Beautiful Waterfront Home with Dock on Gorgeous Moriah Harbour.

A very nice house which we 3njoyed very much.

We loved staying at Landfall! The house was perfect for our family of 5, plenty of space to spread out. The views are amazing overlooking Moriah Harbour, the dock was perfect to rent a boat and have it delivered. We used the kayaks and paddle boards every day to quickly get across to the sandy beaches on the cay. Snorkeling was so fun to see the turtles, rays and fish. The house is well equipped with lots of beach towels and a cooler for a day on the boat. The kitchen has everything to prepare meals. Highly recommend!

Beautiful house and property. House was easy to get to, clean, and communication was good. The view from the master bedroom is amazing. Kayaking and paddle boarding was a great addition to the property. Highly recommend this property!

Wonderful home - incredible views

The house had everything we needed and the views from the property were amazing. We loved being able to rent a boat and keep it at the dock.

We have been lucky enough to travel all over and have never experienced water as many shades of blue as in Exuma. This may have ruined all other oceans/beaches that we visit in the future as there is really nothing like it. The house has everything that you need and we didn't hear or see any neighbors while there. We took the kayaks out for a quick 20 minute paddle across the bay and had amazing beaches to ourselves daily. Do not hesitate to stay at Landfall, the owner was very responsive and we had no issues with anything.

The house is just as described. Absolutely beautiful location, well stocked with towels, extra pillows/bedding, 4 beach chairs, 2 kayaks and 2 paddleboards, games, and more. The WiFi was great and it had 2 TVs although we didn't use them. The house is set up perfectly for 2 couples (plus 2 kids) with 2 king beds on separate sides of the house and a bedroom with twin beds. The 2 bathrooms were big and had large showers in both. One was private inside the downstairs bedroom with the king bed (which was huge with an incredible view), and the other was shared between the other 2 rooms and had a washer/dryer in it.It has 2 living rooms and a back porch with incredible views, a large dining table, a good kitchen, and a small office area, so there was plenty of room. The outdoor area was wonderful and the views were to die for. We rented a boat from one of the recommended guys, and they delivered and picked it up right from the dock.It was not walking distance to anywhere, but we loved that because it was quiet and private. We ate out every night and it took us 15-20 minutes to get to just about anywhere which wasnt bad.We will definitely stay here again when we visit the Exumas. The price was great for the location and amenities!

Enjoyed the setting, the spacious sitting rooms (2), view from master bedroom, and locale close to town. Renting a boat is a must, swimming is in shallow waters everywhere, but colors in bay are mesmerizing. Kitchen could use some enhancements, but otherwise enjoyed our week. Owners seem to take care of property.

Beautiful home and amazing views.

We spent 8 days on Landfall and it immediately felt like our home away from home. The living space is so comfortable and we spent many hours playing the board games that were provided. The kitchen is well stocked with items needed to cook and bake. The landscaping around the home is so beautiful and I especially loved the birds that frequented the surrounding trees and balcony. Beautiful views of the water. Would definitely highly recommend staying here.

Beautiful home. Super comfortable. Great location. Unbelievable views. Desereen, the housekeeper, was so attentive, We did need her for a couple of things and she was right on it. Can't wait to go back!!!

This is a fantastic property for a family with teens that love to be on the water! We rented a boat, which was delivered to our dock, highly recommend this option if you want to be on the water. We all used the paddle boards and kayaks provided at house. WiFi was great and living room setup was ideal with 2 sitting areas. The location was out of the way and quiet, but well positioned between Georgetown (grocery store) and Little Exuma (Tropic of Cancer beach). The property manager was very responsive to questions and requests. Property pics are true representation of house and surrounding area. We would definitely stay in this location again if we returned to the same area on the island. ?️
