Stayed Mar 4, 2026This property is as advertised. Our expectations were met. Ski on / off is predicated by overall snow coverage but even if there’s not enough, you can walk about 100y to chondola slope. Also the house kitchen was well appointed. It has nice equipment. Maybe a 10 min walk to mtn village. Telluride is fantastic.

Stayed Feb 25, 2025We had an absolutely wonderful time at this stunning property, where we stayed for a ski vacation in February 2025. Our group of eight adults had plenty of space, spread out over the four floors. The main suites downstairs are luxuriously appointed, the ski room is super convenient, the views from the enormous living room windows are spectacular, and the the kitchen and outside grill had everything we needed to cook for ourselves. Ski-in, ski-out is somewhat dependent on snow cover since the property is a little set back from the nearest groomed run, but there was enough to make it work during our stay (and we were blessed with a sunny, mild week); even with less snow cover, it would only be a short walk.The village shuttle was super convenient. We downloaded the straightforward app, and every time we requested a ride, it arrived within a few minutes. The only one note for a group of adults would be that the upstairs bunk room is very much just that - comfortable beds but not as fancy as the downstairs rooms. Just something to bear in mind when you're dividing up your group! Overall, we had an unforgettable experience.

Stayed Jan 2, 2022Great time in an exceptional property. Ski in/ski out was a little difficult but doable. Any problems w/ the house were quickly taken care of. Only remaining issue is that the downstairs king bed needs a new mattress.

Stayed Jul 8, 2021We loved the location of this property, walking distance to restaurants and activities for the kids. The bunk room was perfect for our kids and our friends' kids to stay in. The house was clean and well organized which made our stay easy. We'd definitely go back!

Stayed Jul 2, 2021The home is beautiful. That said, there are things that should be fixed for such an expensive rental unit: 1. Upon arrival we smelled natural gas. The fireplace on the main level has a gas leak, and the property manager confirmed that other guests have complained about it as well. I used the gas key to turn off the gas to the fireplace. 2. The elevator door on floor 2 does not open. The magnetic lock will not release. 3. The refrigerator does not get cold enough to safely store food. The property manager also said that the owners are aware of the problem, and are waiting for a new refrigerator... well you should tell your guests beforehand, so they don't end up throwing food away. 4. The property manager let himself into the garage (to put the trash out on the street) without alerting us that he was coming ahead of time. None of these issues ruined our stay at the property, but the property manager seems to have a good'nuf attitude managing a very expensive rental property.
