Great house

We were extremely pleased with our stay at Explore Your Dream Cottage Oasis. Check-in was a breeze and Keith promptly answered every email we sent. The house was perfect for our needs. It was clean and well-equipped. The beach access was so convenient. We would definitely stay here again!

It was a good property, location was great! Had a view of the ocean from deck, house was clean and the property manager was easy to contact if we had any questions. My family and I were very comfortable. The fire stick needs to be upgraded as we were having trouble pulling up movies to watch. But overall the house was great! We plan on using it again in the future. Thank you so much!

It has a lot of potential. However, it needs upgrading and repair. The stairs leading down to the unfinished garage where the 2nd full bath is located is dangerous as the hand rail is cheap and the stairwell steep. The stairs leading from the top floor to the street are also steep and there are rusty nails on the bottom of the hand rail. My biggest gripe is that the entire place was filthy. I am sure the cleaning woman needs to be replaced. Dust and wrappers etc were under every bed and the cabinets in the kitchen. The fan blades had a half an inch of dust as did the drapes that touched every bed in the home.the washer and dryer were rusty. To washed the blankets as they were dirty and I washed the throw rugs on the floor. The pots and pans were crappy. There was a long piece of tape in the kitchen that hung freely to catch any flying insects. The sofa and loveseat cushions were stained and needed a good wash. The positives: the killer view of the ocean across the street and the new wood chairs on the deck. Sorry Keith but you really need a crew to get in there and make it smell good.

The property worked perfectly for long weekend in the Holden Beach area. Great location, right across from the beach and next to two beach accesses.

We loved this house! So comfortable, especially the beds, and convenient to everything. It was a great place to relax and celebrate my 50th birthday!

Our stay was wonderful. The home smelled so clean when we walked in. Keith was quick to respond with any questions we had. Beautiful home stocked with all the essentials in a fantastic location with close public beach access. Will certainly stay here again.
