Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time. The house is great!A couple of suggestions. It would be great to have a place inside to store ski boots and skis. We did our best to keep the boots on the front mat but it was crowded.Also, it would be great to have a path and stairs up to the Hotel parking area.

The house was perfect, everything we needed was there. Restaurants that were close by were amazing. Did several hikes around the area.

It couldn’t be easier to hit the slopes and make the most of every ski day.The town of Davis, with its charming shops and excellent restaurants, adds so much to the experience. We also loved exploring nearby Thomas, which has its own unique vibe and fantastic dining options.The Ski Hive offers everything needed for a relaxing, fun, and memorable trip. We’ll absolutely be back!

The house was well organized for our crew and we lucked out and had lots of snow. The home has all you need to enjoy time on the mountain. The lady who plowed the driveway is awesome. We rotated our cars every night in the driveway and the new morning the snow was cleared. Thank you!

The beds were super, there were plentiful comfortable places for people to sit, the appliances were up-to-date, there were puzzles and games, everything was clean, the house was well appointed, the lot was spacious, and there was plenty of space for parking. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at numerous places for skiing and hiling in Canaan Valley, but this was our favorite place so far! It is roomy, comfortable, and has all the amenities that you would need for your stay. We were impressed with all the dishes, pans, spices and other essentials. It may be a small thing, but we loved it. There was a hairdryer in each of the bathrooms, and a fan and each of the bedrooms so we could utilize so we didn’t need to bring our own from home. I just really think of the little things as well as the big things that you may need on your vacation!!

Reviewer Comments: My family and I travel down to Canaan Valley every year in October and this house was probably one of the cleanest houses we’ve stayed in. The layout was open and fit our large group very well. The hot tub was very large and was able to fit 5 of us comfortably. My daughter enjoyed being able to watch the deer eat in the front yard from the living rooms large windows. Very nice property for a relaxing weekend away.
