The house was comfortable, with a nice dining area and updated kitchen. The bedrooms and beds were good, and the bathrooms have also been updated and look quite modern.

We got to enjoy everything it had to offer as Mother Nature wasn't very nice to us for a couple of days. From the comfy and luminous family area to the relaxing beds upstairs, we have appreciated them all.

Stayed Oct 8, 2021We recently enjoyed a three night stay at Serendipity. It was a great experience - very easy check in and perfect location. The unit was well maintained and clean. They have everything you need for cooking. One bit of warning — the grocery store in Davis is small, so if there is something you really prefer from home, bring it! The location to Blackwater Park (visit the falls and Lindy Point) was perfect. Davis is a small town and so is Thomas, but they have some cute shops and enough places to eat. If I had to pinpoint a few drawbacks to this unit it the TVs could use updating and the wifi was slow. But you don’t come here for that. Otherwise everything was great and as shown on VRBO.
