The house and the location was wonderful. We especially loved the kitchen and the fireplace. Everything was in walking distance. The airport was 12 minutes away and the ski resort 35 minutes. We had a wonderful time and highly recommend it.

Friends group on a research trip at the Family History Library. We found this property perfect for us, with three bedrooms and two full baths upstairs. We really enjoyed the fireplace in the living room and the beautiful view from the front window. Garage parking and short walk to the FHL were great features, too. We would definitely book this property again.

The house was very nice and relaxing. Easy walk to convention center (10 mins), Temple Square and downtown. We parked the car in the garage and left it there until we were done with our visit. So much better than staying at a hotel! The host was easy to communicate with. I would definitely recommend.

This place was perfect!! Beautifully decorated and well stocked with everything you would need for a comfortable stay. The first floor has the laundry room and 1/2 bath and the host graciously provided laundry detergent and dryer sheets! We had 5 women focusing on genealogy and the dining table was big enough for all of us to spread out our work and computers...but if it hadn't been, the kitchen bar is also larger than it looks in the picture and has electric plugs for recharging. It snowed while we were there, but we were quite comfortable with only the fireplace for heat. The separate heating system for the 1st floor made it comfortable for sleeping or just watching tv without having to even turn on the main unit. The host answered every question via VRBO messaging within minutes of my asking...I couldn't have asked for better service! The only thing that wasn't clear to me (probably because I didn't read the fine print) was that this 3 story townhouse was on a pretty steep hill. We easily walked down to the library and convention center, but by the end of the day we usually used an UBER to take us back home with all our acquired bounty. The first floor is handicapped accessible, but food and showers are on the 2nd and 3rd floor. Regrettably, there is no elevator!

The host provided clear instructions on the location, entry instructions, local attractions, coffee shops and recommended restaurants. Host was great and good with communication. The property has been updated and was very comfortable. We didn’t do much at the property other than sleep, but the location was great and we felt safe out walking even at night.

Location, size, and cleanliness were excellent. Loved the view! Hopefully we will be able to come back for a summer visit.

We had the best time staying here! The location was perfection! Easy to get to & around the area for shopping, dining and taking in the all that downtown Salt Lake City has to offer! Loved the beautiful home, comfortable space, beautiful outdoor sitting area and lovely open space to hang out together. Our family will definitely be back to stay again!!

This was truly the perfect place to stay for General Conference — you couldn’t ask for a better location! It’s literally right across the street from the LDS Conference Center and just a short, easy walk to Temple Square and all of downtown Salt Lake City.The townhouse is beautiful, spotless, and far more spacious than the photos show — with plenty of bathrooms and three comfortable levels that feel like home. The beds are unbelievably comfortable (I honestly didn’t want to leave, I slept so well!), and the view over the Salt Lake Valley is stunning.Janna is an exceptional host — responsive, thoughtful, and welcoming. I’ll absolutely choose this rental every time I’m in town. The pictures don’t do it justice — this place truly exceeds expectations. Highly, highly recommend!

Great location. Quiet but walking distance to the convention center. Back patio was nice to hang out too. It was very clean and had plenty of kitchen supplies. Would definitely rent again

The house was in a great location and had everything we needed. We would definitely stay there again.

We stayed a week here for an event at the salt palace convention center. A great 15 minute walk. Same for the mall and a lot of great restaurants. Amenities were also amazing. Kitchen especially nice.

We loved our stay and were super comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook and then some. The spaces were not only beautiful, but so comfy cozy, too! The location was superb to be able to use SLC's excellent public transit system. We will be back!

We really enjoyed our stay at the spot. Overall, for the price, we definitely think it is worth it and would recommend it to others. The kitchen organization could be a bit improved for cooking and knowing what is there and what is not.

Great location for General Conference. (5 min)

The house was just as listed. Clean and comfortable and in a convenient location. Host was easy to communicate with and we had a wonderful visit with family. Kitchen had everything we needed to make large family dinners.

6 friends relaxed in beautiful home after busy days at Asea conference. Some of us enjoyed walking to conference others took Uber. We enjoyed meals together
