Host was very accommodating and understanding with the terrible weather forecast.

We had the best time at Splendor in the Mountains! The home was perfect in size for the 12 of us. The host was wonderful and very thoughtful with the information provided. The amenities and the stocked kitchen was perfect. They supplied everything we would have had in our own kitchens. We totally felt at home!

Host was awesome to work with. Home has everything we needed for an enjoyable week. Highly recommend this home and hope to return.

This was the perfect space for our small youth group. The girls had the bottom floor to themselves as the bunk room provided a good space. The college leaders had the top floor and the parent leaders had the main floor that allowed for cooking without disturbing anyone. We absolutely loved the living room area for our teaching sessions and game time. We did not have internet service but that was probably a good thing. Thanks for such an inviting space!

We had a great stay and appreciated our hosts decorating for Christmas! There was plenty of space for our large family of 14 and dog to spread out. Lot of kids and bunk beds were great. Great local hikes to enjoy.Hosts were very responsive. Had a few minor issues but hopefully these get corrected for future guests.

The location was great. The house is large and accommodated all of our family. The two separate areas are nice to send the kids down to play or for two families. The kitchen is very well stocked with appliances. The outdoor fire pit was good for building a fire & making s’mores. We created somegreat memories. Pat was always available & returned text messages very quickly. I highly recommend this property.

We had 16 people stay at this lovely house for the long Labor Day weekend. Ages 70 to 5 months. This home had everything we needed for our stay. This was the most well stocked kitchen of any property I've ever stayed in! Spices, oil, coffee, filters, condiments, dishes, cooking utensils, they had everything! The KitchenAid appliances are very upscale and the dishwasher is so quiet I had to keep checking to make sure it was running! We loved the large table and played many games. Speaking of games there are darts & cornhole on the lower level. The upper fire pit is huge and amazing! Don't bring any firewood - there is a superb supply! If you have a large group I highly recommend this property!

A great property; clean, nicely decorated, plenty of living and recreation space, plenty of parking. We had 15 family menbers for a week stay and had a great time at the house and in the Dillard area.

Our family really enjoyed our stay.

The house was fabulous for our whole family, kids had their space, adults had their space. Great kitchen to work in, great views great fire pits it was perfect definitely telling everyone about this place
