Stayed Jan 18, 2026Good location. A few games for the kids. Not as much seating outdoors as pictured. The house could use a good cleaning, it’s dusty and lots of sand in the closets, under the beds. There is an additional bed in kids room that’s not pictured. Poor water pressure throughout the house. Dryer was broken.

Stayed Jul 2, 2025House has all you need to enjoy the getaway.For the company of 4 the 2nd bath is too small. Good to have outside shower and 3 bedrooms.The beach area is disappointed - dirty and public service is not maintained beach and around the way it needed.

Stayed Mar 15, 2025The house was just perfect for our family when we visited Ft Pierce. Close proximity to the beach and a nearby park for the kids made for a great week. Amenities were on point and made for a very easy stay!

Stayed Jan 18, 2025Location is what makes this property great. Property is 1/2 block from beach, close to restaurants. Nice fenced in yard for dog/kids. Kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked. smart TVs throughout. House is a bit dated and somewhat on the dark side inside. Lanai is nice but grill is rusted and unusable.

Stayed Aug 30, 2024We had a wonderful stay at Hutchinson Island. The VRBO had enough space for us all. The kitchen was stocked with everything you need to cook at home (even spices). The outdoor amenities were great (new bikes, chairs, chair travel thingy, beach cart to put all your stuff in, towels). The outdoor space was great for the dog and for hanging with friends and family. Only regret that due to the rain we didn't get to enjoy the fire pit. Great location. Beach across the street and it was empty. Nice and quiet.

Stayed May 24, 2024Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this VRBO. The house is a very short walk to the beach. The host had beach chairs, beach umbrellas, and beach cart available for our use. Big plus since we didn't have to pack these bulky items.
