Large and comfortable home within a short walk of the beach. Very helpful and smooth check in process.

We had a lovely time in this property! It was homey and comfortable, with all the amenities. We enjoyed walking to the beach and hanging out in the pool. The sunsets were gorgeous! The location was perfect, out of the high touristy areas but easily accessible to the beach, great restaurants, shopping and the airport. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone wanting to explore all that Guanacaste has to offer :-) The hosts and management were lovely too!

Beautiful property. Well-appointed and clean. We had everything we needed. Location is great - 5 minute walk from the beach. Uber is available and the property was easy to navigate to and from. We appreciated and enjoyed the coffee Property manager was kind and helpful. Would be great for 3 couples etc. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a great time. The house was spacious and well equipped. The kids really enjoyed having their own rooms. Beds were comfy and there were lots of beach towels and coolers to bring to the beach. The checkin process was easy and we really appreciated the early checkin after a long overnight flight.

My family had a wonderful time staying at this beautiful house in Playa Hermosa. Communication with the hosts was flawless, the property was impeccable and it was exactly as it was described. We would return with no hesitation!

Jan and the property manager were very helpful with local info and tips. The house was clean, bright, and well stocked for all our needs. We loved the surrounding trees and foliage, We were within a short walk to the beach and restaurants. Playa Hermosa is a quieter town with a beautiful beach and is within easy reach of the Liberia airport.

Beautiful home, well located within easy reach of all that Playa Hermosa and surrounding area has to offer. Three roomy bedrooms, each with its own bathroom accommodated our group of four with significant room to spare. Well appointed kitchen and quiet community pool added to the enjoyment. Quiet, gated, community, and easy check-in process too.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay in Playa Hermosa . This house in The Gardens , West Gate , was well located . You can walk to the beach , restaurants and the grocery/pharmacy. Our check in with Cinthya went smoothly and we had communication with the owner , Jan as well . Everyone was very helpful . Thank you !

Great location and perfect home for our group.

Attractive, comfortable, close to a large pool shared by only 3 or 4 homes and convenient to the beach.

Our family of 6 had a lovely time in Jan and Wes' home. The home is spacious, comfortable, and well appointed; we especially appreciated the robust amount of cookware and kitchenware. That both beach towels and bath towels were provided, along with boogey boards, coolers, etc was also a very nice touch. We were unfortunately there during a time of tropical storms and having the pool there to pop out for a swim in between rain was lovely. The house is walking distance to the beach and within driving distance of lots of lovely beaches (our favorite was Playa Pence). Shops are a quick drive away. Overall, we recommend this home highly.

We had a very nice 5-day stay in this property near Playa Hermosa. It is a short 5-min walk to the beach. Definitely read the notes from the homeowner which tells you to walk through the hotel grounds to get through to the beach. The pool in the complex is really nice, and the grounds are pretty and well-maintained. The house is along a road, but it’s not very busy and it was very quiet. It was convenient to have the gate right by the house for coordinating with taxis and other rides. The layout of the house was really nice for our family. There were two bedrooms on one side of the house, each with their own bath, the large family room and kitchen in the middle, and the master on the other side of the house. Playa Hermosa is really beautiful, the waves are calm. The water was really warm in August. We enjoyed the boogie boards from the house, and a couple of chairs for the beach. It was fun to play on the beach during the day and then try some of the local restaurants at night. It was also a great base for exploring Coco and Ocotal to the south. Coco is a bigger town has more stores and restaurants, and Ocotal is really beautiful. You can ride horses and also enjoy a nice afternoon on the beach and nice restaurant nearby..

We had a very nice trip. The house was spacious and comfortable with beautiful green views. My kids loved that it was a close 5 to 10 minute walk to the beach rather than driving to add to the adventure. The shared pool was very big and refreshing. I would definitely come back again.
