Experience coastal charm near Moonlight State Beach

We recently stayed at this property with a group of 12, and it was a great fit for our trip. The location was excellent and made it easy for us to explore the surrounding area and enjoy everything nearby.The house itself was spacious and worked really well for a larger group. There was plenty of room for all of us to gather together and hang out, but also enough separate spaces to spread out and have some privacy when we needed it. That balance made a big difference for our stay.The outdoor seating areas were very nice, although we only used them briefly during our stay. When we first arrived, the house was a bit warm, but the wall-mounted AC units cooled everything down fairly quickly and kept us comfortable for the rest of our stay.Overall, we had a great experience. I would definitely recommend this property to others, especially for larger groups, and if we return to the area, we would happily stay here again.

The location is perfect just steps from the beach, as well as the village of Encinitas. So many fun things to see and do. Rebecca, our host, was easily accessible & responsive to questions and concerns.

Fantastic property with a gorgeous view. Property manager was very responsive for a minor problem we had. The Encinitas community has a great laid back vibe.

Really fun house for a big group to stay. Walking distance to the beach and food in Encinitas are unbeatable!

Wow! We will be coming back to this property. My family loved staying here. We walked to Moonlight beach, the park, and all over the town of Encinitas. There are so many places in the house to sleep and relax. The owner was so responsive and easy to communicate with. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for the perfect beach getaway.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The location couldn’t be better as your steps from the beach and short walk to the shops in Encinitas.

We had an extra long weekend with our adult kids and their partners + two grand-babies. This house was perfect for us. It’s half block to the beach and a great playground. One block from the start of “downtown Encinitas”. Completely walkable to everything you could want. The 2Q room was perfect for the family of four; we used the other three Q bedrooms for couples; and the master-K for us. They built a twin-bunk into the walk-in closet of the 2Q room (great use of space!). There is a bathroom for each bedroom! We spent a lot of time on the deck and bbq’d twice. Relatively quiet neighborhood. The kitchen was fantastically large and we loved that the dining table could seat us all. The house was furnished as pictured and lacked for nothing. The home could us a little TLC here and there, but overall, we were very pleased and would definitely stay here again. This home had the old-school VRBO vibe with a pantry full of spices and random goodies left from previous renters. A++
