Experience Classic Dewey Charm at This Coastal Retreat with Hot Tub

Great location and great comfortable house!

Nice place for a small or large family vacation with a great kitchen.

Beautiful place close to the beach and restaurants. Very well maintained .Hot tub and Landscaping around the house made it even more relaxing. Layout of the house and sunroom was perfect for our needs. Due to hurricanes in the Atlantic this week , the beach and high surf was difficult to enjoy although we did manage to get a beach walk in . My wife and dog really enjoyed your wonderful home. In addition we forgot our laptop and housekeeping at Vacasa located it and shipped it to us! Great customer service. Highly recommended and we will love to rent again in the future. Thank you for being pet friendly.

We booked with the idea we could check in ealey( I have proof from an email upon booking) stating that it would be no problem but as we were coming from over 10 hours away and was uncertain of our arrival. But were lied to and had to wait until 4. Other than that stay was great, but there were dirty dishes and there was no hand soap. Overall location and house was super great and we loved it. We will say WiFi wasn’t great but totally okay.

The house is lovely, pictures don't mislead even though some of the decorating has evolved a bit. You enter into an enclosed porch (which was a bit warm and humid) and two bedrooms and one bath are off that hallway, so we were worried that those rooms would be warmer but they were fine. We had a big rainstorm our last night there and some water did seep under the door, so that enclosed porch is not airtight. I do want to warn any future tenants that although the house description says it has four parking spots, and although the picture they send you shows two cars in front of the enclosed garden area and one car closer to the house (in front of where the trash and recycling are), that the two cars in the picture (orange bus and white care) can get $60 tickets from Dewey Beach if you don't pay for parking with ParkMobile, or use a parking pass (there was only one in the house). If it weren't for the parking confusion (and the insane two hour-long who's on first runaround that I've just gotten with Vacasa customer services) the house would've gotten 5 stars.

We had a perfect stay. Beaches aren’t crowded and this place was perfect. Right between Dewey and Rehoboth we were able to take the trolley into Rehoboth.

After a graduating from a rigorous nursing program several of my classmates needed a little rest, relaxation and celebration. This house provided ALL of that. It is perfectly located super easy walk to the beach and into town. As a bunch of girls we appreciated how adorable the home was decorated and how perfect the set up was for all of us. The home is more than well equiped with all the beach necessities we could not have been happier. We have decided to make it a early tradition and book again next year!

The house is spacious, gracious, and welcoming. Well-equipped big kitchen made meals a breeze, and we loved how the separate living and conversation areas gave us space to be together or have quiet time apart. Comfy beds and nice bathrooms let us rest and relax. Short walk to the beach, and the extra beach chairs and bikes were great.

I rented this for my daughter’s 16th birthday. We were able to comfortably fit her and her friends. They could walk to the beach and downtown Dewey. The house was clean and well equipped for our group. Had a great weekend. The hot tub didn’t have water which was a bummer.

This house is great! Way bigger than it looks in the photos. Check in was simple, everything was clean and plenty of space for 8 of us for a girls weekend. The bikes were a nice touch and we were in walking distance to everything. The only things to mention: there's no book with all the property info which would be helpful; the sunroof half of the house is a little cooler than the other; and the hot tub could use some maintenance. Otherwise it was wonderful and everyone commented how it was one of their favorite rentals ever! Thanks for letting us stay here for the long weekend.

The house is family comfortable. Indoor and outdoor spaces to accommodate gatherings, conversation, and comfort- the upkeep is really good and it’s clear the owners care about the house This was our second summer there and we will come back - thank you

Great location! Cute house, comfy couches, and easy beach access! The house was very comfortable, cozy, and relaxing. The outdoor shower was a great addition. There are extra beach chairs and bikes in the shed! We didn't use the grill, but prepare to refill the tank and clean the grill if using. Access to the beach is just across the street, but it's a long walkway in the sand- if you walk half a block down to Cullen street there is a matted walkway for easier access! We didn't use the Jolley Trolley - but it's easily accessible just a few steps down the street. We were able to walk to the bars - use a flashlight at night so you can be seen! There are two rooms and a bathroom on one side and two rooms and a bathroom on the other side. The sun room is not air conditioned, so keep the bedroom doors closed. Overall, we had a relaxing stay and loved the location.

We love the house and think it's great. There are a lot of pleasant surprises (papertowels, dish soap, bathroom soap, trashbags, beach chairs, bikes, cleanliness, hairdryer, kitchen amenities). We would stay here again.

We had a great time on Jersey Street. Plenty of parking, close to the beach, and walking distance to the bars. This house is perfect for multiple families/kids because the rooms sit towards the back of the house! Thanks for having us!!
