Blue Sunset is a charming beach cottage–style home offering a private pool and easy access to the shore just steps away. This inviting retreat features two master suites on the lower level, each with its own private bathroom. The open floor plan includes a gourmet kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, perfect for preparing meals and gathering with family and friends.

The great room is equipped with a Smart TV, while high-speed internet and HDTV streaming are available in every bedroom for your convenience. Outdoor amenities include an enclosed hot and cold water outdoor shower, a grill, picnic table, and porch rockers for relaxing after a day at the beach. Private beach access is located between 1101 & 1103 OBW.

Bed linens (beds in bedrooms only) are provided for weekly rentals. Towels are not provided but may be rented through Coastal Vacation Resorts.
A Welcome Amenity Bag is included with starter toilet paper, paper towels, a kitchen kit, and a bathroom kit. (Guests should still plan to bring or purchase additional paper products and detergents once starter supplies are used.)

The air conditioner was not working and was not repaired until the next day. My son called the rental company and talked to the answering service person and was asked to have the supervisor on call for the rental company to have him call us. The answering service person said she could not get the supervisor and hung up on my son. My son called back and the answering service person told we should not have come to Holden Beach for vacation after a storm. My son went to the rental office the next and they call the A/C company to come and fix the ac. The upstairs bedroom fan did not work and the half bathroom the commode ran constantly and the did come and repair them. The dryer did not work well, it was stated in the description of the house there was a gas grill and there was not and last but not lest the hot water tank went out on Friday night so cold showers. Is that enough information for you?
