Stayed Aug 3, 2024The property itself is very impressive - plenty of room for everyone and bedrooms being on multiple floors means you have some privacy. The location is fantastic - just a quick walk across the street and you're at the beach! The only thing that could have been better was the cleaning - there was a bit of trash that was left outside and the floors could've used a mop, but it was an easy fix and wasn't a huge deal. Unfortunately the tropical storm cut our trip in half, but we really enjoyed the time that we did have. The balcony was an awesome hangout.

Stayed Aug 7, 2021This was our family’s first time staying at Holden Beach and we would definitely do it again. The beach has a lot to offer. A few great restaurants, a lovely park, and of course a great family environment for a beach.

Stayed Aug 22, 2020The property was wonderful, and I would recommend this house to everyone. My complaints are with the management team.The house wasn't clean,the previous guest sheets were left inside the house and were not picked up until Tuesday. The only reason they were picked up was because I called. The elevator was broken, I called within an hour of checking in, they sent someone right away. He was great, but unfortunately could not fix it, and said he would be back. I had to call Wednesday to ask just for them to tell me they have to contact the elevator company. I had my 76yr old mother and 80yr Aunt with me. I would have appreciated a call to keep us in the loop.
