I reached out to Vacasa the management company for this property that I nbooked thru VRBO.spoke with a representative and left my findings for the owner and Vacasa thru a review but have received no response so am leaving my findings wit Vrbo in hopes things can be corrected. 1)cleanliness a real issue.used kellenex found between nightstand and bed headboard in bedroom across from master. A pair of leggings covered with so much fust found undet master bed...they were not ours.the chandelier over dining room table full of dead bugs.i could write my name in the dust on fireplace hood and study hasnt been cleaned at all2) turned oven on to preheat and it started smoking due to grease build up.found out at that time the vent and light over oven dont work.so took meat to grill to cook and it was filthy and no brush or utensil to clean it with3) turned on sink disposal and 12in of water and food debris shot out of adjoining sink drain. The sink faucet turns the whole stem it is attached to so water never turns off completely 4) the door from the screen porch to the deck is warped closed so you have to go back thru family room to get to the deck5)the location and size of home is great but someone grom vacasa or owner need to walk thru to see what we experienced so others wont be as disappointed.

The Vacasa management company was harder to deal with as every communication was with a different representative ...

Rooms modern and clean, loved the home! Just needs a little more kitchen wear for us people who dont eat out as much and spend more time in the kitchen. Made cooking process slower with just a few pans available. Also the ice maker does not work so we had to make a trip into town to get ice. Other than that the house and location was beautiful.

WiFi was unreliable the entire time. Multiple broken lights, non-draining showers, broken toilet seats and kitchen faucets. The house needs some updating but without wifi, this is not a fit home to rent with young children. Vacasa was great at communicating throughout our stay even if it wasn’t helpful.

The house is very nice but needs repairs and better upkeep. The deck space is very nice and large but you have to bring your own outdoor furniture. There is an outdoor ding table and chairs but that is pretty much it. Lights flicker constantly like being in a disco. Front steps are crumbling and landscaping is very overgrown. The basement area is very nice but also needs some furniture to enjoy the living spaces. The company (Vacasa) that manages the place is terrible to deal with and will not work with you so make sure you don’t need to change anything, even 4 months in advance.

Although it was a very nice spot, the cleanliness could have been better. The house advertised a swing set and there was no swing set which was disappointing for the kids. The cleaning people need to do a better job.

Great neighborhood large home for families but needs attention and some deep cleaning as well as furniture replacement. Chef's kitchen is a bit of a stretch in description as is home theatre, large tv and some recliners.
