Reviewer Comments: Beautiful house with open space, inside and outside private places to relax, large community pool and hot tub, fitness center, clean and quiet grounds (even over spring break). There were people at the pool, but it never felt crowded, and we always multiple places to choose from poolside.We spent a week, 5 adults and 2 kids. The house was roomy with an open floor plan for family time, yet private areas for down time too. Plenty of pots, pans, spice rack for basics, coffee pot and Keurig. There were games and puzzles and multiple paid channels on Roku. Garage was stocked with multiple beach chairs, snorkel gear, pool floats and beach towels. There is a close grocery store and the Mauni Lani Beach Resort was a short drive (less than 10 minutes). The water is great—easy for swimming and snorkeling from the beach. We saw a large variety of fish without having to pay for a guided trip.

This property is very large and very nice. It is very well equipped with everything needed for the beach and for a nice stay. The host was particularly responsive and cared about the enjoyment of our stay.

The house was clean and we were all comfortable during our stay. It was really nice having the dining table that fit all of us around it. There were plenty of beach towels and chairs, coolers etc. for use. It was nice having access to the Mauna Lani Beach Club's Lagoon. It was close by and perfect for the kids. The property manager was responsive to our questions and needs. Overall, it was a great experience. I would return for another visit.

We had a party of 9 for this trip and there was plenty of room for everyone. It was a great location on the Kona side of the island close to beaches and restaurants. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again for sure! The company was great to us with answering our questions and helping us last minute when the original unit we rented sold and was no longer available for us, they fixed us up and didn’t leave us panicking trying to find somewhere to stay. They were very helpful!

We did wish the house was closer to the beach. We had to drive to find it. But overall it all worked out.

This is amazing! Everything was clean and comfortable— would stay again if we have a big group! Loved the beach and pool areas (it took us a little bit to find the pools😂) Loads of room to spread out!

Mike was quick to respond when we had any questions, which we really appreciated. The kitchen was very well stocked, and even included a small second refrigerator for beverages. Everything was clean and in good condition. We've already booked for a return visit!
