    White Rim 3369 is a beautiful home, full of everything you need. Beds were comfy. Kitchen was fully stocked with everything you think you'll need. Linens were soft. Lots of extra blankets. From privacy curtains for the bunks to hot tub towels to summer outside toys.... This place was excellent and met all of our needs. Hosts were quick to respond with questions. Definately recommend!

    It was very hard to regulate the temperature in the bedrooms but especially in the master bedroom. The problem is the temperature sensor is not in the bedrooms. We had to wake up at night to adjust the temperature.

    I was very happy with the easy check in process and communication throughout our stay. The property is in very good condition and very well equipped. We did not use the hot tub or outside fire pit, but enjoyed sitting outside and relaxing. I would highly recommend staying here!

    We had a great stay! Between shuffleboard, the hot tub, the firepit, and the community pool, we plenty to do when not out hiking on in Arches/Canyonlands. The property was exceptionally clean.

    Just a fabulous location & home. Fully outfitted & wonderfully comfortable. Management Company was top-notch in both pre-arrival information, references for places to eat & things to do and responsive to a minor issue. Extra bonus was the candy jar for all to enjoy.

    Great place. Had a mix of mountain bikers and a couple jeeps. Nice that the trailered jeeps could easily unloaded and parked out back. Nice views, good provisioned kitchen, lots of games, grill, fire pit and hot tub. To get to the 12 capacity, several need to share beds which is something to adjust for. Overall easy as it gets, good communication, brand new, very clean, highly recommend- plan to repeat.

    We come to Moab to mountain bike every few years. Rentals are all pretty much the same - beds are terrible, hot tub is broken, towels are like sandpaper.... This place was, well, wonderful. Yes it's a bit out of town. Trust me, it's worth the drive. This place felt like a nice home. Towels were perfect, beds were really comfortable, hot tub worked and was hot, fire pit is amazing, kitchen is fully stocked with dishes and utensils that are high quality and the property clean. We will come back here next time we visit. Highly recommend.

    Loved the property. Beautiful views. The hot tub works! So rare at these rentals. The place is spacious, clean and well-designed for 3 couples. The BBQ grill works really well. All in all the experience lived up to expectations for a property that is not inexpensive to rent per night. Great access to town, the La Sal mountains and the off-road trails. Thank you Kenny!
