Great house, well located, great hosts!

The house is wonderful and has everything you can think of. The pool was a big plus for my 10-year-old daughter, and we enjoyed a family stay in a quiet, welcoming place. The check-in and check-out process was easy and stress-free, and our host provided all the information we needed to make it smooth. I would definitely stay here again.

We spent three nights there in Naples and had a great time. The house was centrally located near the beach and downtown Naples. It had a really nice pool and a great set up for kids. We will definitely consider staying there again when we go back to Naples.

This property is located in a beautiful area close to the beach. The owners provided beach chairs and towels which was wonderful. The pool area out back was gorgeous with lots of space. The only complaint I would have about the property is we didn’t have enough towels and the housekeeper could do a better job cleaning.

We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home in a fantastic location—just minutes from the beach and close to downtown, which made getting around easy. The owner was very nice and super responsive, always willing to help, which we appreciated.That said, we encountered a couple of small issues. The bedsheets smelled a bit off, like they hadn’t been properly washed or had been sitting too long. Not a huge deal, but worth mentioning.A bigger downside was the neighborhood’s very strict—and honestly over-the-top—noise policy. We were just having a quiet conversation by the pool with no music or shouting, but someone still called the police. When the officer arrived, he said the call was unnecessary and that he couldn’t even hear us at the door. After that, we felt like we had to keep things extra quiet, which took away from the relaxing vibe.Overall, it’s a lovely home with great hosts and an amazing location, but if you plan to spend time outside with friends or family, be mindful of the strict noise rules.

Great location…Close to everything. Wonderful pool area. Beds were comfortable. The child’s room was only appropriate for kids.

This was a great house for our family needing a bit more room for our visit in Naples. The screened in pool was a big hit with the kids, and all rooms were nice and clean. And the location close to the grocery store was very convenient.

I've been coming to Naples for 35 years. The house was in a great location, the pool was a fun addition, we were at the beach in minutes & downtown in minutes. Great value for the location!
