Perched just above the sand on this infamous beach, this two-level duplex consists of a one-bedroom, two-bathroom lower unit, and a one-bedroom, two-bathroom upper unit, each immaculate with its own modern personality and sleek, fresh coastal vibe on a long stretch of sandy beach offering an undeniably dramatic backdrop.

Entering either unit, there is no question what the focus will be during a stay here. Dramatic coastal views through walls of sliding glass doors draw guests out to the individual oceanside terraces, where dining and great conversation is bound to take place. Fireplaces, propane barbecues, terrace seating, great kitchens, parking, and a full-size stacking washer and dryer have been thoughtfully provided in each unit. Both upper and lower units have an individual portable air conditioning unit is provided for additional cooling, the AC is not central throughout. Shared beach amenities include and outdoor shower, beach chairs, umbrellas, kayaks, surfboards, and stand-up paddle boards, No matter which unit you choose, complimentary locally roasted coffee is provided, or order a First Morning Basket prior to check in to assure a tasty treat is available upon waking. Our concierge services is the perfect starting point to planning the ideal getaway.

With the newly built Rosewood Miramar Hotel only a hundred yards down the beach, imagine the possibilities! Book a massage, dine al fresco at Caruso's, or mingle with locals and other visitors at sunset, then simply walk barefoot back down the beach to this home away from home.

    The view was absolutely perfect, access was easy to the beach and it was everything we expected. The space was clean, the beds were comfortable, the outdoor space was lovely and the location can't be beat
