Exclusive Low Country Island Estate Excellent Choice Of Large Groups,

We were in Charleston for a graduation. We had five separate families that came to Charleston and stayed in different locations. We used the home as a home-base for our group to gather and reconnect. The outdoor pavilion was the perfect place for adults to sit and talk while the kids played in the yard. When it got dark and the mosquitoes came out, we retreated inside to the large great room to continue the conversation and have a pool tournament. Thank you, Joseph for the hospitality of your home.

The property is a rare find! The instructions from check-in to check out were very clear. This was hands down one of the best places we have stayed in. The home was eclectically decorated, very clean, and had everything we needed for our stay. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the kitchen was fully stocked. The outdoor space was a huge bonus and enjoyed its use!The location was perfect—close to everything but still quiet, private, and relaxing. The host was quick to respond. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a top-notch place to stay.

Loud music late at night from neighboring house on the weekends, furniture in the house needs replaced, there alot of repairs that need made in the house. Cleanliness could be better.

Our family of 5 adults had a very enjoyable time at this beautiful and comfortable house. The host paid a lot of attention to details that made the experience very nice. The beds and bedding were very comfortable and the place was extremely clean. The host was easy to contact and replied quickly and very courteously. We thought the location and the neighborhood was very nice. We would definitely stay there again and we would highly recommend this rental to anyone visiting the area.

I needed housing that was very convenient to downtown Charleston - this was an excellent location. I needed secure WiFi - no problems there. And, I needed a quiet environment - it was perfect. The grounds and outside accommodations let me enjoy nature after a stressful day. It was all good!

Amazing inside the house very clean and outside was beautiful

We were excited to find a place large enough to accompany our family. We chose it based off photos that matched the description however we found quickly that was somewhat incorrect. We arrived and the door was unlocked and that was concerning as we weren’t sure if we should enter. We then found out quickly that the owner lived nearby and by that I mean in the backyard. That is OK however the host/owner was mowing and doing lawn care during our first day. On the second day we awoke and found more lawn care and a tent in the direct lawn being put up. We have younger kids who wanted to be outdoors and play and enjoy the good weather however they could not do so as this felt very intrusive in multiple ways. When you get away with your family for a vacation, you hope for a place of relaxation and privacy. Our boys felt as if they were being watched by the gentleman who resides in the neighboring home as did we. It was difficult to understand if we were invading the hosts privacy, or if he was invading our we would not choose to stay here again, however we’re grateful for the opportunity to be in South Carolina.

Quiet and relaxed

Excellent location for all Charleston has to offer. Neighborhood was quiet, safe. Loved outdoor spaces for grilling, games, smores. Host was incredibly friendly, helpful, and responsive. Kitchen was well equipped, and all the beds were very comfortable. Home does need some cosmetic repairs.

Wow! Stop looking and book this home. It's exactly what we needed. We explored the surrounding areas which were only 15 minutes or less away so the location is perfect no matter if you're wanting to spend time at the beach, plantations, museums, shopping orjust relaxing.
