Exceptional modern three bedroom townhouse with water on both sides.

The property is very nice, easy to access, clean and comfortable. It more than easily catered for our needs. I would recommend the property to anyone who wants a good place to stay at a reasonable price.

Beautiful house with enough space for all of us. All the equipments provided catered for a fun week. We hosted dinners with the grandparents and played board games. Clean and feel so homely!

What a brilliant place. Amazing location central to everything. A short few minutes stoll to the dolphins, cafe's, the boat ramp and the pool. The waterfront is directly across the road. The double garage was a godsend for us having the boat in tow. Knowing it was secure each night and not having to empty it each time we got back. The unit itself was a great layout, clean and just perfect all round. Great communication from the hosts made arrival smooth sailing. Thank you!

Excellent property, with everything you need, in a great location. Hosts have provided all information and instructions and are easy to contact if it becomes necessary. We'll certainly stay here again.

Close to playground, pool, marina.Beautiful townhouse. Garage access very convenient. Beds good quality however all were too firm, Midgees in the area are the only drawback, limiting time spent outdoors. The property itself met all requirements.

We have stayed in Matt & Tara’s place a couple of times and cannot fault it , it is one of the best places we have stayed. Very clean , great kitchen , comfy lounge and living area beds and bathrooms great . The location is excellent 5 stars from us

This townhouse is beautifully set up by owners who've thought of pretty much everything. Lovely decor, excellent furnishings and amenities and in a great location. Certainly worth another visit!

We had a fantastic weekend away in Tin Can Bay staying in this lovely accommodation. It is walking distance to Barnacles Cafe for dolphin feeding, bike tracks and a fantastic play ground for the kids. This house is so thoughtful with a great variety of DVDs, family boarding games, books and puzzles. We enjoyed taking out the kayaks and chasing crabs. It is very clean and made for a wonderful family holiday. Highly recommend and we will be definitely coming back.

A lovely townhouse to stay in with bbq and kayaks provided, across the road from the water, and close to the park, boardwalk, fish n chips/pizza, dolphin feeding, playgrounds and swimming pool. Quiet neighbours too. Make sure to bring your own bed sheets and pillow covers (blankets and pillows provided), towels, tea towels, hand towels and bath mat. If you have small children you will need to bring plastic cups and plates too.

Great property for a family, walking distance to waterfront and jetty. Peaceful area.

Great property to stay at for location and very neat and tidy for familys lockbox for keys hard to open and shower rose needs cleaning or replacing.

The property would be ideal for a large family, all the mod cons happy to return in the Summer

We were here for the Cooloola Dragon Boat Regatta. We had a lovely stay as usual. Hope to be able to book again for next year’s regatta. Close and convenient to event. Love staying here.

Matt and Tara's townhouse was the perfect place for a great long weekend getaway. Conveniently located, spacious, and really well appointed. Would definitely recommend and will be looking to stay here again.
