Everyone adores the Beachin Cottage - 100 steps to the beach - Private Lrg Pool

The house is lovely and well appointed. We had plenty of room to spread out and enjoy the view and proximity to the beach is amazing. This was my granddaughter‘s first trip. This location was ideal for three generations To spend time the pool was so delicious and shady and ideal for hot days. I would highly recommend a stay at the beach in cottage.

This home was exactly as described. It was very well decorated and supplied with everything you would need in the kitchen. It was great having our own pool and it was steps from the beach. This was our first trip to Hilton head and my family really enjoyed it and we hope to return in a couple of years. The host were excellent with providing us great places to eat and hang out.

Great location. Big pool

We could not see the beach from the cottage. However, it was a quick walk with a private beach access. The pool was wonderful. Only downfall was we did not factor in the pool heat cost which was quite pricey. That was one of the main reasons we got the house and the weather was cooler than normal.

We liked the location of this house and the pool layout. It's close to the beach and the pool is great for kids. However, we unfortunately experienced several maintenance and cleanliness issues during our stay.The outdoor pool shower was not working.The refrigerator ice maker did not work.There was a consistent musty/mold-like smell throughout the house.The pool heater broke during our stay and also automatically turns off at night. In cooler spring weather, this meant waiting most of the morning for the pool to warm back up.The interior is quite dark and the layout feels disjointed. Although the home is listed for 8 guests, neither living room comfortably fits everyone at once.The washing machine appeared and smelled moldy and was partially malfunctioning. We were advised not to wash more than 2-4 towels at a time to avoid breaking it.This was especially challenging given the requirement to wash and fold all towels before checkout, which made the last day more stressful than expected.The basement shower was moldy.The floors were dirty upon arrival.Overall, the location and pool layout were great, but the maintenance and condition of the home did not meet expectations for the price.

We had a wonderful time! The cottage was just as described, if not nicer!! They were exceptional hosts who truly made sure we had a good time. Their communication was top notch!!

Such an amazing stay by awesome hosts in the best part of Hilton Head. Definitely would recommend this home for vacation.

This was a beautiful beach house that was incredibly well appointed. The decor was lovely and the kitchen and rest of the house were VERY well stocked! More than we could have hoped for! They also left us a wonderful charcuterie board and bottle of wine for when we arrived! Wow! Thank you for your hospitality!

Great home, full equipped, great location, 3 minutes walking to the beach!

We loved how close we were to the beach and Coligny Plaza and restaurants. The beds are comfortable and the bed linens were awesome. Definitively the cleanest house we have ever rented. The only drawback was how hot the downstairs was. The queen bedroom on the lower level was too warm to sleep well. I am not sure if this was due to a previous storm moving through or just normally this warm. The pool was amazing, I really lived the tanning ledge. Susan is amazing to work with and extremely responsive and kind.

We were a group of 5 adults and 1 toddler, and this was the perfect spot for us. The pool, outdoor space, and two living areas made it a great place to relax and hang out at the house, and the beach was only a couple minutes walk. The hosts were extremely helpful and responsive, and we would definitely stay here again or recommend for others.
