Wonderful stay

It was pleasant enough, beds were comfortable and linen was super clean and the shower was nice and hot. The surrounds were peaceful.

The house was clean, modern and comfortable, with a lovely fireplace and soaring ceilings that looked out to the treetops. The kitchen had everything we needed (including a great coffee machine), and the laundry and bathroom were very well set up.

- shower and toilet were not appropriately cleaned.- multiple pots had caked on food remnants. - two wooden cooking spoons were covered in a heavy white film resembling mould. I have made an official complaint to Stayz.com producing photos and am awaiting response. - the owner offered to have someone do a second clean but refused a partial discount. Completely ignored the comments on mouldy cooking utensils.- plastic notes stuck all over the living area plus the personal photographs on the walls made for an uncomfortable experience. No one wants to see photos of the owners kids on the wall, especially on such cheap canvas prints made for a tacky feel which really reduced the beauty of the actual property.- photos make property appear to be tucked away in the bush however it’s just a suburban house with neighbours next door. Not a problem if they were honest about it.With a little bit of effort this place could be beautiful. General feeling: minimal effort to maximise profits.

We really enjoyed our stay. It is a very comfortable and well equipped house and a good base to explore the area, which is a delight.

We stayed for a week and chose this location as it was handy for both the beaches and the town, but tucked away in a quiet residential area. We loved the birds coming each morning to share our breakfast and the sound of their songs at dawn. Our hosts were very helpful and responsive when we had questions. The only improvement I could suggest would be a written house guide rather than posted notes everywhere which made getting used to the property a bit of a challenge. Would highly recommend this for your stay

We really enjoyed our 4 day stay here. The house was great with good quality facilities and it was very clean and a good bbq. Too far to walk for groceries but that was expected. If your not a morning person a blind over the roof top window in the master bedroom would be good but otherwise an excellent choice!

Beautiful home, you got everything you need. It is comfy, the wood fire place was great. So close to everything. Definitely we will be back ?

Comfortable and enjoyable stay. Quite location. Communications clear and responsive. Steep driveway was not an issue for our 2WD car. Main bed mattress comfortable but frame has a sleep distributing creak (metal strapping under slats).

Lovely property, loved the kids toys and books

Great location, close enough but still very quiet and surrounded by nature. Unfortunately the beds were not comfortable and the kitchen not well equipped( old pans and poor utensils). The internet is not adequate. Otherwise it was clean and tidy and the outdoor area was nice and relaxing.
