Stayed Apr 15, 2026Incredible property. We rented all three villas for the groomsmen and Groom for a wedding at The Presbyterian Church across the street . The location , space , and amenities were perfect for our group. Howard has very comfortable linens in each home, new beds and well appointed kitchens. The gardens were beautiful and perfect for pictures before the ceremony across the street. Highly recommend this property !

Stayed Feb 12, 2026Michelle met us there and walked us through the property so we knew how everything worked. She decorated the place for our daughter's wedding weekend with wedding coasters, ceramic cakes, and gave us wedding cupcakes, cakes, and cookies. It was an amazing touch and really made us feel welcome. The property is beautiful and the houses were exceptional. High end appliances, the beds were very comfortable, the pools and the atmosphere were incredible. I can't say enough about these houses. The estate was beyond our exceptions and we could not have asked for a better place for our special weekend.

Every single one of our friends and family couldn’t stop raving about how stunning the property was — the amenities, the layout, the grounds… everything was truly exceptional. It accommodated our entire crew effortlessly, and for a few magical days we genuinely felt like millionaires on our own private retreat.What a spectacular home — beautifully designed, incredibly comfortable, and perfect in every detail. It made our Thanksgiving 2025 destination in St. Augustine unforgettable. We couldn’t have chosen a better place. Howard was the best to deal with and Michelle was just extremely informative and nice. Simply outstanding.

Stayed Mar 27, 2025The property was beautiful and clean. It felt very private. The owner responded immediately to questions/requests. There was plenty of parking on the property. It is within easy walking distance of shops and restaurants. Our group ranged in age from 3 to 96, and everybody had a good time. I loved it!

Stayed Jan 10, 2025This property is wonderful for large groups. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms with space to spread out. Multiple fire pits, heated pools, kitchens, etc. Great communication with Host.
