This house has an outstanding view of the ocean, whether you're inside or out on the deck. While decorated to have an older beach cottage feeling, this house is well-equipped with modern conveniences.

The large, spacious kitchen area provides ample room for several guests to cook simultaneously. Two open dining areas allow for two large tables to be near each other so that guests can dine together without crowding one space. The great room provides plenty of seating for guests and has one large portion open with a tall vaulted ceiling to let in natural light from large oceanfront windows. The oceanfront deck provides ample room for everyone to sit and has rocking chairs and a picnic table with an umbrella to use. Cable TV and high-speed wireless internet are provided for the time you spend indoors. An enclosed outside shower has hot & cold water for when you come in from enjoying the waves. The washer & dryer are located inside the property.

The ground level (entry-level) has two bedrooms and one bathroom. The bedroom on the street side has a Double, and the bedroom on the ocean side has two sets of Bunk Beds. The first floor (middle level) has a large living area, two dining areas, a spacious kitchen, a laundry closet, two street-side bedrooms, and two full bathrooms. On this level, the north side bedroom has a Queen and a private bathroom, and the south side bedroom has a Double bed and a set of Bunk Beds. The second bathroom and laundry closet on this level are in the hallway that connects the bedrooms to the common areas. The second floor (top level) has 2 bedrooms and one bathroom. The oceanfront Master Bedroom has a Queen and a private oceanfront balcony, while the street-side bedroom has a Double. The large bathroom on this level is shared between the bedrooms and has a Jacuzzi.

Bed sizes include 2 Queens, 3 Double/Fulls, and 3 sets of Bunk Beds (6 Twins). That's right, it sleeps 16 so tell everyone there's space for all to come enjoy the gorgeous views of Surf City from Papa Jer's this year!
