As you enter the home, floor-to-ceiling windows in the main-level great room reveal a sweeping panorama of Sedona’s iconic formations, with Castle Rock and Courthouse Butte anchoring the skyline. Nearly every window throughout the home captures a different perspective of the surrounding red rocks, with changing light transforming the landscape from sunrise to sunset.

YOGA & WELLNESS STUDIO

The yoga & wellness studio provides a dedicated space to move, recover, recharge, or simply slow down. Whether your morning begins with strength training, yoga, meditation, or stretching before the trails, the studio is equipped for however you choose to move or unwind.



The studio includes TRX suspension training, adjustable dumbbells, a weight bench, yoga mats, yoga blocks, resistance bands, foam rollers, and other fitness accessories.



After a day exploring Sedona, recover in the two-person infrared sauna.

Designed for gathering while giving everyone room to spread out, Sienna Vista offers over 4,500 square feet of living space on a private one-acre property. The great room features soaring ceilings, exposed wood beams, floor-to-ceiling windows, and direct access to the upper deck overlooking Sedona's iconic red rocks.



The chef's kitchen is equally suited for preparing meals, gathering together, or bringing in a private chef. Premium appliances, generous workspace, and multiple seating areas make gathering effortless.

A Queen Murphy bed and Queen sleeper sofa provide flexible sleeping arrangements for children, extended family members, or groups that prefer separate beds.

HOUSE RULES

Sienna Vista was designed as a place to relax, reset, and explore. It is a peaceful retreat, not a party house or event venue. Located in a quiet residential neighborhood and an International Dark Sky Community, we ask guests to respect our neighbors, the natural surroundings, and the tranquility that make this property special.



- Primary booking guest must be 25+, present throughout the stay, sign the Vacation Rental Agreement upon booking, and provide a valid government-issued photo ID through OwnerRez.

- A $1,500 off-platform security hold is required. By signing the Vacation Rental Agreement, the primary booking guest authorizes the hold, which is placed 2 days prior to arrival and released 7 days after departure if no damages or other chargeable amounts are reported. The hold is processed securely through OwnerRez, our API-connected property-management system.

- NO PARTIES, EVENTS OR DISRUPTIVE GATHERINGS. Parties, weddings, receptions, disruptive gatherings, and use of the Property as a commercial or event venue are prohibited. The Property may not be advertised or used as an event venue.

- QUIET HOURS: 10 PM–8 AM. Outdoor noise must be kept to a minimum and may not disturb neighboring properties. Privacy-safe, non-recording noise monitors are used.

- MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY: 14 guests, including infants and children. Only registered guests may use or stay at the Property.

- For the safety of our guests and Property, we have a doorbell camera and four exterior security cameras. The cameras record audio and video when motion is detected and are located at the doorbell, porch, far side of the garage, side yard, and backyard. There are no cameras or recording devices inside the home.

- Maximum 4 vehicles. No street parking, parking on neighboring property, or parking on the private access road. RVs, trailers, buses, and commercial vehicles are not permitted.

- No smoking or vaping anywhere on the Property.

- No pets, except as required by applicable law.

- No illegal activity.

- Use of the pool and hot tub is at the guest’s own risk. No diving or glass. Children must be actively supervised by a responsible adult at all times.

- The fire table and grill must be attended by a responsible adult whenever in use and completely turned off after use. Fireworks, firecrackers, sky lanterns, bonfires, and unauthorized open flames are prohibited.

- Guests are responsible for any third-party providers they invite to the Property and for ensuring those providers comply with the House Rules and care for the home. Use of third-party providers does not permit an event or otherwise prohibited commercial use.
