Ericeira Sea View-large family home 5 minutes' walk from the beach

The house is lovely and very well equipt. The location is great. The host was impossible to deal with. We were a party of 8 and I was charged for 9. The host said he would reimburse me but in the end refused. When we offered proof that only 8 people stayed he came up with reasons why he didn't believe me . Vrbo was also of no use in helping me solve any problems with the host.

This was a 10/10! Highly recommend and will stay again. A great choice for families with multiple kids.

We had a wonderful and relaxing time at Ericeira Sea View. Home was just as pictured and very clean. Pedro was very responsive and a great host!

My family rented from Pedro for a week so we could travel around the coast. The house was so beautiful and meticulously maintained; exactly how it looked in the photos. Pedro was very communicative, even when I made a mistake with the check-in time and he graciously moved around his schedule for us. He also included all the items we'd need for our 1.5 year old such as safety gates and a crib. Would stay again!

Pedro and his amazing home were perfect for our first trip ( of many more) to Ericiera! We would happily stay here again! It’s an incredible home.

The home is true to pictures, with the addition of a sauna that we did not expect. The bedrooms and bathrooms are comfortable and the host is accessible for questions. We had a lovely stay and enjoyed the property immensely. Note that the walk to the beach and into town is hilly and there are many steps involved. We navigated it fine, and you can drive if needed, but if you have accessibility concerns, it is something to be aware of (though note that Portugal overall is quite hilly). Very cool 5 bedroom, ocean view, spacious, hot tub, sauna, outdoor bbq, beautifully landscapes, ocean view balcony and private patio, well stocked kitchen, expertly managed.

There were some drawbacks to this property. The owner had a lot of personal effects (clothing, food, etc.) in the home. The kitchen needed a good cleaning of pots and pans, utensils before cooking. The fridge was 50% full of with the owner's food. There were some miscommunications with the owner because of English ability. There were many positives about the house, the view, the space, location to town.

The home was beautiful, clean and tranquil. Great place for family. Convenient for town and beach. Has lots of amenities although we didn’t utilize the gorgeous kitchen and the outdoor grill. The garden area and hot tub were fabulous. The house had a calm relaxed beach decor. The fruit basket with wine upon our arrival was a nice welcoming touch.

Just arrived back from Portugal (July 2023) where our family stayed at this modern property in Ericeira. The Property: Exactly as described and as photographed from the listing’s pictures. The property is modern and lavish in its furnishings. Beds are super comfortable. We absolutely loved the fire pit in the evenings, and the hot tub was super clean (clear water, no foam). The kitchen has all the amenities (dishes/utensils/cookware/bakeware/coffee maker/dishwasher) one could imagine. Bathrooms super clean with fresh towels for each of the rooms. Location: Great location in Ericeira, with a stellar ocean view. You are a short 10 min walking distance from the beaches and Ericeira’s central strip where you have a ton of local restaurants. There is also a massive modern US-style supermarket (Continentale) located a short 10 min walk (or 2 min drive) from the property. Fresh pastries/produce/fish each day. We had a rental car for our stay (free parking out front in a quiet crescent (cul-de-sac): Property is a 20 min drive from Mafra, 30 min from Sintra and 40 min from Lisbon. Recommendation: Highly recommend. It’s not often I rent a property and am this impressed with the level of details to ensure guests are happy. Communication was responsive with the owner and the property is in excellent condition.
