Equally Close to both Beach and and Town

This was our 2nd stay at the house and fits our family very well. A bedroom for us, a bedroom for the young family, and a bedroom for the teens. Plus plenty of space to spread out in Living room, dining room, and back porch. It is close to the beach and we appreciated the extra beach chairs, umbrellas, and boogie boards. Thanks

We booked this property last minute due to a broken a/c at a completely different VRBO listing. Quick communication with realty company that manages it. The house is on a quiet street yet close enough to beach and center street action. We had a golf cart but easily walkable to where you need to go. The property is clean, fully equipped kitchen, bedrooms are nice with attached bathrooms. Good shower pressure and beds are firm but comfy. I would definitely stay here again.

This house was great! Kitchen was fully equipped, beds were comfortable and location was perfect. Short walk to beach and Center Street. Would definitely stay here again. Perfect place for our girls weekend

There was no hand soap in the kitchen or 2 of the restrooms.

This was a great house. Kitchen is stocked w dishes etc. plenty of books and games for evenings. Close to beach and shopping and restaurants. There were 6 beach chairs below the house and 2 loungers. Only negatives were you only get 1 towel and wash rag for your stay per person so we went out and bought tide pods to wash them. Also no hair dryer. Ice maker in fridge couldn’t keep up with 7 people in house so thankfully there was an ice tray in freezer which helped. But overall I highly recommend this property.

3 bedrooms and 3 baths made this very family friendly. The spacious porch and living area gave us space to spread out

The location is the ONLY reason this property received 2 stars. The cleanliness of this property was awful. 1. Small kitchen appliances were visible dirty. Cooking utensils were visible dirty. 2. One of the bathrooms upstairs had ants in the shower/tub that had to be killed before it could be used. 3. Outdoor shower head was broken, the shower head was laying in the floor, with a used bandaid. Also, a lot of saw dust. 4. Rogue hairs on multiple towels (I have a child that has an issue with this) and in the refrigerator/freezer. The location to the beach was great. It was an easy walk…less than 10 mins. For the amount of money we paid, it was very disappointing.

We very much enjoyed our vacation - our first time at Folly. The house was great. Very clean, comfortable and updated. Beach was nearby as were restaurants and shops. We also enjoyed driving into Charleston to enjoy all it has to offer.
