Stayed Sep 10, 2025The house perfect for our group and the host was quick to respond to any inquiry we had related to the house. They were also very accommodating and helped us get past a few minor, unforseen items to arose. Overall an excellent stay!

Stayed Jun 23, 2025The house had plenty of space for our family of 10 while we visited RMNP. We made most of our meals in the large and well-equipped kitchen. The hot tub, fire table, and game room got plenty of use in the evenings. Jason communicated very clearly all throughout the process.

Stayed Mar 21, 2025We needed a place for a big group of extended family to stay for our daughter's big event here in town. This place was perfect for the group - not a lot of options for 16 people in the area!

Stayed Dec 19, 2024We stayed at Wood Villa as a home base for our daughter's wedding. It was perfect for that purpose. Many bedrooms and beds, many bathrooms, great amenities. We enjoyed the home theater, ping pong, fussball and hot tub. It's conveniently located near the freeway and close to Loveland.

Stayed Sep 12, 2024We had a fabulous time with extended family. The house is as described and is ideal. The double refrigerator/freezer was great with our big group. Clean & Very Spacious. I would recommend adding an outdoor grill & handrails on the porches.
