Stayed Jan 3, 2026Our stay had several issues that unfortunately made the experience disappointing.One of the main reasons we booked this property was because it advertised a **heated pool**. After checking in and getting settled, we noticed the pool was extremely cold and asked the host about it. At that point we were informed that the **pool heater had broken the day before our arrival** and that they had contacted a pool company to fix it. Unfortunately, the heater was never repaired during our entire stay, so the pool could not be used as advertised.We also arrived to find **two bed frames broken**, which required repair the following day. In addition, the **toilet in the master bedroom was not functioning properly**. When it was finally looked at about halfway through our stay, we were told the filter was clogged again.To be fair, the **house itself is spacious and nicely decorated**, and it has the potential to be a great place to stay. However, several key amenities were not available or functioning properly during our visit. The heated pool was a major factor in choosing this property, and not having it available significantly impacted our stay.After returning home, we reached out to the host to discuss the issues and request a resolution, but **we never received a response**.Overall, while the home has some great qualities, our experience did not match what was advertised and we had to work around multiple inconveniences throughout the stay.

Stayed Dec 26, 2025The amenities were perfect for young kids. They enjoyed the pirate ship play area. Hours were spent there over the week. The amenities were for all ages. We had age 4-65. We had game competitions from ping pong, pool, putt putt, and connect 4. Beds were very comfortable. Kitchen is well stocked for all types of cooking. A great family memorable week was had by all!!

Stayed Feb 21, 2025This house was just perfect for our annual family Florida trip. Central to everything you want to do, however, there’s no need to go anywhere. This house has it all! Wish the heating of the pool was included, but it was worth the 40/day. Highly recommend renting this property, plus Mandi and Tom were quick to respond to all questions.
