Our family-friendly spacious 3 bedrooms townhouse with garage is located right in the middle of beautiful Invermere. Only a block off main street, all the shops and restaurants are at your doorstep. About 10 minutes walk to Kinsmen Beach and Mount Nelson Athletic Park. Within a few minutes drive you can get to James Chabot Provincial Park, golf courses and a multitude of local hiking/biking trails. Great Mountain views from the house and also partial lake view from the balcony.

➢ Two decks, both off the second level. Beautiful mountain views and a partial lake view.

➢ 1 single car garage (the door is low so trucks and large SUV's won't fit, cars and most minivans will fit just fine)

➢ 1 parking space in front of the garage & plenty of free street parking

➢ Storage for skis, golf clubs, paddleboard and other equipment is available in the garage or the area under the stairs on the entry level.

➢You can use our bike to stroll into town. It's an old bike, but we want to keep it for our guests to enjoy, so thanks for taking care of it - see picture

➢You can also use our paddleboard during your stay (4 different sizes life jackets available) Please enjoy and make sure the next guest will find it in the same condition - see picture

➢Camping/beach chairs for you to use. Thanks for bringing them back all in one piece

    This place does not have air conditioning! It does have window A/C’s in the 3 bedrooms but you can’t run them at the same time as it will trip the breaker for the bedrooms. In the living room it was 28 degrees in the afternoon with blinds closed.

    our stay was ok but lots of difficulty with all the stairs, since my adult daugther is disable and often uses a wheelchair, fortunatly my husband was with us, the dining room chair were also an issue for her, we made the best of itWe had everything that we needed pretty much wich was appreciated the bed were clean and confortable. the overall cleanliness was aceptable, the area was pleasent and quiet the ower Luc was very easy to deal with always was very fast fo answer our question.it was a nice place but deffinitly not disabled friendly Suzanne

    I really enjoyed my stay at the town house it was in a perfect location central but quiet at night easy to walk down the street to the bar and restaurants and the main grocery store was within walking if you're not buying a lot. It was really nice to have a garage to be able to store my fishing gear in and the fact that the host is willing to supply a paddle board for me to use was a huge plus I found the place very relaxing and I will be back next year.
