The townhouse met our needs for a short visit to the area. We had family staying at a nearby hotel and parking was an issue if we wanted them to visit us at the townhouse (only 1 guest parking place). Otherwise we enjoyed our stay.

The townhome was comfortable, clean, well appointed and close to everything . The homeowner was very receptive and prompt to respond. I would stay there again.

Check-in was great - house was clean. Enjoyed the espresso machine, and coffee pot as well. Quiet neighborhood and very close to the beach.

Was just as in the photos. It had separate sink areas off of each bedroom and then a shared toilet and shower/tub. This was great for me (female) with all of my make-up and my friend (male) didn't have to deal with my stuff everywhere. There was another 1/2 bath on the first level. It was a great location to get to the city of Tampa and St Petersberg.

We had a wonderful stay while waiting for our permanent home. Great host, great home, and great experience

Visited family in Apollo Beach and needed a place nearby. Townhome is close to a couple of restaurants on the water and a fantastic coffee shop/ice cream shop. Place was clean and well appointed. Communication with host was excellent.

I cannot wait to go back!

This was a last minute booking to say goodbye to a loved one. From booking fo checkout, the process was stress free. The townhome is perfect, safe, clean and beautifully decorated. Beds are comfy and everything feels like home. Juliana was quick to answer any question and is so very kind. We ended up adding days and our only complaint was that we had to leave. This place deserves 11 out of 10. Will book again sbould we need to. Thank you Juliana, God bless you.
