Stayed Dec 20, 2025Mr. Williams runs a very clean and modern property with all the conveniences of an upscale home. Security cameras and a locked gate as well as off street parking for 2 midsize vehicles. Mr. Williams is extremely attentive and highly communicative. I felt safe with his attention to detail. Most definitely would stay in any property of his in the future.

Stayed Nov 27, 2025The house is beautifully furnished, both units! The amenities were nice, personal parking pad was a plus as we had traveled in 2 vehicles. The host was attentive and responsive.

Stayed Nov 21, 2025The house was very nice. It was well decorated and accommodating. There were many ammenities that were unexpected, plenty coffee pods, tea, honey, laundry supplies, body wash, and lotion. Kermit was an outstanding host. We would definitely stay again.

Stayed Oct 9, 2025We had a great stay here! Brand new construction home. Very clean and modern. 7 minute Uber ride to Bourbon St in a great location. The owner was out of the country while we were there but he still managed to be super responsive if we needed anything.
