Entire 4BR Home near Lafayette Square

Perfect place to stay if you are going to Chaifetz. This home was great. Clean and comfy. Felt like home. Everything you would need. Plenty of space. Hosts were quick to respond. Beds were comfortable.

Great value, good location to get to major sites, had enough beds and bathrooms for our group. The downstairs bathroom had some issues that the host is planning to fix, and one of the bed frames was broken. There was some trash and random articles of clothing leftover from a previous guest. Host was very responsive, and neighborhood was quiet. House had everything we needed-gave it 4 stars due to the issues mentioned above.

Everything is exactly as they say it is in the description. You are an eight minute drive from downtown a 15 minute drive to suburban comforts. There’s everything that you could want in the house for this price point. Literally zero complaints.

Our family of four had a great visit. The location was very convenient and the host was easy to communicate with. The house was nice and clean and we definitely had plenty of room, the beds were super comfy and clean. I would recommend this property if doing activities around St. Lois.

This house was exactly what we needed! Perfect in every way. Accommodated our group of 7 - love the 3.5 bathrooms - and close proximity’s to our needs. My 19 year old daughter loved giving the neighborhood cats some treats! Thank you!!!

The home met expectations and then some. Loved the seperate area downstairs and the great backyard. The directions were clear and home located close to great attractions. The extras in the home were great. We will definely be back.

We had a wonderful time during our stay at your house. The kitchen was easy to work in. All of the beds were very comfortable. Your living room was a place to relax in after a family activity. Our grandchildren enjoyed the backyard.

Didn't meet the host. But the amenities were great. Wish we had more time too stay and enjoy the house more.

The house was perfect!! Very comfy and felt like home. House was completely stocked with anything we could need or think of. Had no issues at all, but did reach out to Jackson with a few questions and received prompt helpful answers! Location is perfect. Less than 10 minutes from the locations we wanted, but far enough away that we didn't have congestion and noise. Neighborhood is well kept, quiet and safe. Everything we used worked perfect. We did not stay in the basement or use any of the things there, but it would be a great area for teens or gamers! Will definitely keep this property in our favorites and stay if we visit again!

Nice spacious house close to lots of the places we planned to visit. It was well stocked vs most other places we have stayed meaning we did not have to go out and buy tp or paper towels or detergent. Also had an air fryer. Would stay here again if in STL.

We had an absolutely wonderful experience at this property! The house was spotless and beautifully maintained, with plenty of space for everyone to relax. The four bedrooms and three and a half baths were perfect for our family offering both privacy and comfort.The kitchen was a standout, spacious, modern, and fully stocked with cooking utensils, plus a large island that made meal prep so easy. The A/C kept the house refreshingly cool even during the hot summer days, and the parking was excellent, no stress at all getting in and out.The location was incredibly convenient, just minutes from downtown St. Louis, but tucked away in a quiet and safe neighborhood. We were in STL to be with our son-in-law scheduled for a heart procedure at Barnes Jewish Hosp. Both sets of parents and son and daughter had plenty of room at this lovely location. A sudden reschedule at Barnes gave us 2 more days for shopping, museums, movies, etc. We had most meals at the house, and the kitchen was well-equipped. Thank you for a great location in St. Louis!

Overall, it was fine.

The house was beautiful, quiet and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The only issue was that the toilet in the master suite kept running and we were unable to use it. The host assured me that he would replace it after our stay (there were three other bathrooms we could use).

Came with my 4 Sons for weekend. Enjoyed a St Louis Cardinals baseball game and evening at Top Golf and local dining. Everything was in a 2 mile radius of the house. The house was clean and well maintained. Jackson was quick to reply to all questions. Had a very nice stay and would recommend this house.

This home was in a great location and had all of the bedrooms and bathrooms we needed. The secure parking behind the house was much appreciated. The hosts were easy to contact but we didn’t need anything during our stay.

This property was perfect for our family. Location to downtown and other locations was perfect. Topgolf just basically around the corner was like icing on the cake. Literally just minutes to downtown! Will definitely stay again next time we are in the area!

Cute and comfortable! Beds were great. Loved the decor! My daughter said her only disappointment was that she didn't get to meet your chocolate lab! She has a chocolate lab/border collie who is goofy and adorable !We also went to a cardinals game so your pictures pumped us up.Little thermostat issue, because it was unexpectedly cold for a Memorial day weekend, but Jackson quickly switched the Nest to heat once we told him.I would definitely stay again.!

This is a wonderful house! 4 queen bedrooms, three upstairs, one living area and bed in basement. Great location to everything. The house was fully stocked with everything you could possibly need. Communication with Jackson was easy and his replies were very quick if I had any questions. The water pressure is AMAZING, I loved the shower in the master bath. Two of the upstairs bedroom ceiling fans didn’t work. They were remote controlled and we could not get them to turn on, but one of the rooms had a floor fan, so it was just one room that got a little hot at night. The internet was a bit slow for watching tv, but that did not bother me in the slightest. If I wanted to sit around and watch tv all day I would have stayed at home. All in all, this was a fantastic house and I would most definitely stay here again.

4 adults (2 couples) and our 2 daughters stayed here for a dance competition at Scottish Rite - everything was perfect… the neighborhood looks to be in rehab - but the gated rear yard/driveway provided safety … will definitely look up next StLouis trip

Well stocked home. 4th bed in basement. If you stay during winter months be prepared that basement is not heated and is cold. There is a small heater but doesn’t do great at warming area up. There are extra blankets available.

We have never stayed at a more clean and beautiful home than this one. It was in a safe neighborhood and close to almost anything you can think of. We will definitely be visiting again.

The description says 4 bedrooms but I do not feel that putting a bed in the basement classifies as a bedroom plus the bed kept collapsing so my son and daughter-in-law ended up sleeping on the basement sectional. We also could not find the remote to the TV in one of the other bedrooms. I contacted the owner who told me they would get back to me but never did. The house was nice but could have been cleaner. The location was in close proximity to where we needed to go for the weekend so it worked for us that way.

Great place, 5 ladies came for the Missouri Basket Weaving convention. Location was great in relation to where we needed to be. Nice size, clean. Great to have multiple bathrooms for everyone to get ready in the a.m. Enjoyed our stay.
