Entire 1500 sqft 2bed 2bath access to the pool don't be cramped in a room!

The house was perfect for the 2 of us. It was clean and comfortable. Great pool only a short walk.

Yes, I did tell the host about the kitchen and my concerns on the dishes not being cleaned etc. the response was it is the responsibility of the renter before us to clean the dishes etc. I was disappointed in the answer as this was our first time using VROB or this type of rental always stayed in hotels or campgrounds. I found every glass I took out to drink with needed to be rewashed and all the pots that I used had to be rewashed, one had cooked broccoli on it. The knives well bring your own if you are cutting anything up, there was one bread knife and one butcher knife that was all rusty, there was no comet or something like comet so I scrubber as well as I could before using. The kitchen drawers several when you pulled out where not attached and it looked like someone had been in there putting different door fronts on the cabinets, but all the sawdust was still in the cabinets, and the drawers were very dirty they had not been cleaned out in sometime.I like to cook, so if you light to cook you might consider the following things to bring when coming to this Vrob. Measuring cups only 1/3 cup and a ¼ cup there to use measuring spoons not a complete set there, cooking knives.

It had everything I needed and a good base for exploration of southern Arizona.

The view from the front porch and living room was fantastic very nice to have 2 patio areas, though we really didn't sit outside much. Too much on the go. Very helpful to have extra parking right across the road. The GVR center was easy to walk too. I could have used a few more kitchen items for baking and cooking, but our stay was enjoyable. Really hated to leave.

We had a great stay. A couple of the drawers need some cleaning, especially the silverware drawer. Other than that, everything was so nice. Cute neighborhood with very quiet neighbors. Loved the Christmas decorations the whole neighborhood had every time we came back to the house at night. Very close to our Green Valley family, we would definitely stay here again!!

Wonderful location, clean and comfortable interior except for mattresses & pillows; both were too hard for our liking, but that is a personal preference and not a diss on the rental! Just an fyi for future renters to bring your own pillows and maybe invest in a mattress topper for long-term renting. Everything that we needed was stocked; great appliances and such amazing instructions for checking in!Great view from the front lanai; didn’t use the back lanai due to wanting to be at the view. House is definitely dated. The listing pics are accurate and representative, though. It's definitely someone's grandmother's home...someone who lived there a LOT of years, and was a smoker. The home is non-smoking but it definitely HAS been smoked in...very likely in the distant past, but you just cant get that smell out of walls and fabrics, unfortunately. The host was very responsive, which I appreciated...and even offered to refund our money once I realized my allergies were triggered. We ended up staying b/c there weren't any acceptable options. The home is clean and very well kept.

Guest shower was for VERY short people only, needs to be fixed/replaced

The place was clean and comfortable. It was stocked with many extras. My husband loved the view of the mountains from our porch. Loved the heated pool and the easy walk to it. We used the walking path behind Casa Paloma every day. An added bonus was the 15 minute walk to Queen of the valley Catholic Church. My husband tells everyone that we stayed in a 5 star place.

We had a wonderful time in Green Valley. Cheryl was very responsive and made the reservation process easy. The place was great! Very clean and comfotable We made trips to Tucson and Tubac. We will be back.

This was perfect for our stay. Loved the extra Arizona room for my office. The house was spacious and cute. My favorite was the oversized chair on the patio where I spent a lot of time reading. Conveniently located close to the pool too! The owner was super helpful and responded quickly when we had questions. The bed was comfy (and big lol). All in all a great place and we would love to stay again!

I had a friend come to visit on vacation n needed a place to sleep etc while i stayed w my mom. Had great weather, time at the pools. Love madera canyon for hiking

Quiet, with excellent traffic control. Nearly all residents seem to be mid-to-late age, making the vibe calm. All cleanliness of the location met with a good to excellent standard. Easy access and good wifi.

I LOVED this place. The minute I stepped in it felt like home. I wanted to move in. I was so clean and spacious. I recommend staying her to everyone. Alas, that probably means I'll have a hard time renting it again, but the truth must be told! Also the owner is so nice and considerate. I hope to stay there again next year. And the year after that.
