Stayed Feb 1, 2025We had a wonderful time during our stay at your home! Everything you provided made this trip such a relaxing experience. We were able to have our guests stay upstairs while we stayed on the first floor - nice way to have downtime from entertaining when needed. Did a lot of cooking on the outdoor grill with the ability to watch tv and have drinks outside too. Highly recommend for those who want to be in an area that has a lot to do yet when at home you can relaxing in the sunshine by the pool or kayaking in the canal. Great outdoor space!

Stayed Feb 3, 2018Lovely home with room for everyone. We spent 6 weeks here and enjoyed every minute of it. The location was great for boating and especially for kayaking through the mangroves at John Pennekamp Park. We did this almost everyday. Close to many restaurants and bars. Grocery store a short drive as well. The owners are a pleasure to deal with. We had a issue with the microwave and they took care of it immediately. Looking forward to our next stay!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969My family and I rented this property for an extended winter get away. We have a large extended family and therefore had different groups of family, from toddlers to seniors, join us throughout our 6 week stay. We had anywhere from 2 to 10 people staying in the house depending on the week without a problem. Manny and Sylvia are great hosts who respond quickly to questions about the house as well as to offer suggestions of things that might interest us. The house was very well stocked and had lots of information of local attractions in the keys. The canal is very quiet which gave us the opportunity to swim in it at all times of day. Manny and Sylvia even provided a floating party island which was a particular hit with the young adults. We often swam in the canal and then relaxed in the hot tub while watching the boats go past. What a way to relax.... We were provided with 2 single and 1 double kayak which we used almost daily. There is so much to see and so many places to kayak through the canal systems or over to John Pennycamp State Park. We also had 2 bicycles which were used as an easy way to go to the grocery store or market. Everything was within an easy walking or bicycle commute but in the Keys you really need a car if you're going to do any major sightseeing. There is also a local restaurant called The Catch within walking distance which has very good food at reasonable prices. We had many meals/drinks/trivia experiences there and enjoyed every minute of it. The outside kitchen/living area was my favourite. The Barbeque is the biggest I have every seen which allowed us to cook easily for our large groups. There is also a sink, bar and cooktop outside, all under cover of the upstairs deck, so it didn't matter is there was a quick shower while we were preparing dinner or socializing outside. If we ever come back to the keys, we would definitely rent this house again or recommend it to any of our friends. Thanks very much Sylvia and Manny. Arrhouse made our first extended winter vacation something to remember.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We had the opportunity to stay at this great keys getaway and had the most wonderful time! The house is pirate themed on the bottom level making it lots of fun for kids and adults alike! The upstairs is tastefully decorated and offers incredible views from both bedrooms. We witnessed a family of manatees in the canal that hung around an entire afternoon. We only wish we could have stayed longer. Highly recommended!,,,

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Our family stayed at Arr House in Key Largo. Arr house is a good name because we felt like it was Our House. The location was excellent and landlords were good stewards coming quick to fix anything we needed. The cameras at first were weird but also added a sense of security knowing our personal belongings were safe while the family was away boating, dining out and having fun. We never locked Arr house one time! It has all the comforts of home and small details were given with much thought. For example, there is colored clothes pins to clip to your nice fluffy white towels for personal identification. How clever! Beach towels available along with koozies for your drinks. The Kayaks, bicycles and huge Chill Pad for floating in water were awesome to have on hand. The outside kitchen with big screen TV is now being installed at our local residence because to cook outside was really the best enjoyment of a lifetime. Words cannot describe our great vacation. We have booked again for July, 2016. Thank you

Stayed Dec 31, 1969It's hard to believe our 6 week stay here is half over already. It’s been grand! Sylvia and Manny are wonderful hosts. They’ve done a great job of renovating and stocking “ARR” house. Any guest will be comfortable, feeling it’s “our” house. Local information is provided and any concerns are promptly answered or handled. After a day of biking, kayaking, sunning, or exploring the Keys, we relaxed in the hot tub while watching the sunset – we relaxed in the hot tub while gazing at the night sky – sometimes both! Looking forward to our next 3 weeks.
