Beautiful, well-appointed home with an extensive kitchen and plenty of space for our family of six adults. Location next to the Chautauqua and the hiking trails of the Flatirons was a real plus. The host, Kurt, was very responsive and easy to work with. If you a looking for a larger property near the University and the Flatirons this is the place for you.

The homeowner met us at the house to explain some of the features of the home. He could not have been nicer. He took his time during our walk-through. The home was extremely neat and clean, and the layout was perfect for our family visit.
