This property was perfect. The owner was so nice. The home, the garden, children's playground, everything was exceptionally maintained and beautiful. We will definitely stay here again if we get the chance. I would recommend this property.

Tammy always has the right comfort items in her houses. We had small items like seasonings, coffee and filters. Super clean and cozy! Beautiful flowers. Love sitting on the porch.

Location was very convenient, close to both downtown and lookout mountain. Clean and well stocked with a couple lovely welcome treats from the owner. The host was communicative and very accommodating. I would highly recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay here. This was the cleanest, best stocked place we have stayed. Centrally located to major highways made getting around easy and the fenced yard was perfect for the pups. We look forward to coming back to Chattanooga and would definitely rent from Tammy again.

We loved that it was very clean and stocked well!Also they have so many extras, from bay stuff to curling irons! They also had coffee and snacks to start you off!Our puppy also enjoyed the back yard to run and play!

This home was warm, welcoming, comfortable, seasonally decorated. So cute. Probably the cleanest place we've ever stayed.

House was clean and as pictured in the listing. Host provided coffee, Creamer, Sugar. Also provided toiletries toothpaste, soap, shampoo and conditioner. The toys were an added bonus for the kids.

This property was such an adorable cottage. It was convenient to Rock City and Lookout Mountain, as well as to Ruby Falls. A bit of a drive to get to the Missionary Train Ride, though. The hostess was very pleasant and friendly; she came over to introduce herself, which I really thought was nice of her to do.

Everything was clean. Great accommodation for a family get together. The toys and books were a nice addition. Helpful, friendly hostess.

The house is exactly how it is explained, very clean and had a small playground across the street.

Perfectly sized for a family gathering & we enjoyed the front porch swing. Minor negative was that description mentioned that the house is wheelchair accessible but the master bed is very high and there are no bars near the walk-in shower. Host lives nearby and made sure to welcome us in person. Home is well-positioned to drive to different parts of Chattanooga area.

The house is located in a quiet neighborhood. There were families and children playing we felt exactly like a home away from home. All of the attractions are a short easy drive away. We had a wonderful getaway!

We had a great time with our family for my son’s birthday! Close proximity to all the fun stuff we did! She definitely has everything you need stocked - was even some food items left over. We enjoyed the fire pit each night and cooked some really good meals.

This is the second house of Tammy’s we’ve stayed at. Equally pleasant, and Tammy has a real knack for making a house feel like home. If you want a home away from home, this is the place to pick!

From booking to checking in to leaving, the whole process could not be any easier or pleasant. The house was perfect for 5 people and 2 dogs. Great job all the way around!

Property was perfect for our weekend get away. We were traveling with a pet and was exactly what we needed. Fenced in yard, parking, and property were perfect.

We stayed here with my son, granddaughter, friend, and two dogs for the weekend on our way to Gatlinburg. This home is exactly as the photos portray it. The home was very clean, spacious, and so comfortable and homey. I honestly felt like we were visiting a friend's house. The home is very well stocked, so much so that Tammy spoiled us for the next VRBO we went on to! :) We did call on Tammy twice for little things that turned out to be user error but she came right over and she was lovely. We really enjoyed talking with her. The surrounding area is more industrial and is going through gentrification but the street is quiet and we felt safe. Downtown is just a few minutes away and it's about a 15-minute drive to the attractions at Lookout Mountain. I would suggest coming in from Dodd's Rd, especially at night because the other way in has a very sharp turn and hill that's a little challenging in the dark. That could just be the Florida in me talking though! I would highly recommend this property and on our next visit to Chattanooga, we will definitely be staying in one of Tammy's properties again.

We enjoyed a long weekend exploring Chattanooga. We have driving by on the freeway for years, but this is the first time we stopped. Great place to visit.

My cousin’s family, my kids, and I stayed for 2 nights. The four kids range in age from 10-17. They loved the place! So did my 2 Goldendoodles. The doggos had a great time doing zoomies in fenced-in backyard. The kids loved the bunk beds and all the games the house has to offer! We all enjoyed the fireplace in the living room. We meet in Chattanooga every year to see the lights at Rock City, and this house was a perfect fit for our needs. It was decorated BEAUTIFULLY for Christmas. The house has 3 moderate-sized bedrooms but spacious overall. We all able to hang out together in the living room. Our favorite place to eat in Chatt is Sugar’s BBQ and it was literally right around the corner. We will be back! You can’t go wrong with this one!!

Our third weekend enjoying Tammy's VRBO this Fall and pleasant as always! It is always a bonus to see Tammy who lives across the street. Looking forward to returning soon.

Very nice home close to everything. Nice fence yard for pets. Very comfortable home and well decorated. Would definitely rent again. Everything went smoothly.

Convenient location - be sure to enter from Dodd's street - close to downtown and also the attractions at Lookout Mountain. Lots of great restaurants are downtown and the Choo Choo depot is fantastic! Home is just the right size for a smaller group with plenty of kitchen supplies, linens, and a lovely front porch. Miss Tammy is a wonderful hostess. The only problem we had was using the TV in the living room to access the major networks.

Sadly we had to leave a day early due to our puppy getting injured on the day at Rock City....but the residence was as stated and was not far from anything.

We enjoyed our stay at Gray Gables. It was very clean, cozy and convenient to all of the things that we were doing while in Chattanooga.

This is a very nice home with a cottage feel. The property is well kept and has nice amenities. It was very convenient to downtown and to Lookout Mountain. It is a very good option for travelers with limited mobility. The house is all on one level. The walk in shower in the master bath was an added bonus. Recommended.

We had an amazing time! The house was accessible for all activities! We went to Ruby Falls, Rock City, The Incline Railway, and Lookout Mountain. The house was beautiful, nice, neat, and clean. The accommodations for kids were terrific! For anyone wanting a family getaway this is the place to go! We loved our stay, and we highly recommend staying here!
