Enjoy spacious apartment near DWTN Knoxville - 15 min

This is a very comfortable and spacious place to stay!

Very pleasant space. The decor and cleanliness were very nice. Felipe is easy to communicate with.

We loved the full kitchen and ample space. Felipe was very accommodating with our request to reduce the temperature at night for sleeping. We had everything we needed and had a great trip! He even bought a pack n play when we needed one for our toddler

I had an excellent stay in Knoxville and would absolutely recommend this property. The home was exceptionally clean upon arrival, and it was clear that the owners take great pride in maintaining it. Everything was well-organized, comfortable, and exactly as described in the listing. The host was outstanding throughout the entire process. Communication was prompt, friendly, and helpful, making check-in and check-out completely seamless. Any questions I had were answered quickly, and always felt well taken care of.Overall, this was a fantastic experience. The property was comfortable, clean, and conveniently located, making it a perfect home base for our time in Knoxville. I would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

The property was very clean and plenty of room! The mattress definitely has seen better days and needs to be replaced. There wasn’t a thermostat downstairs so we had to send a message to get it changed. But they responded quickly!

The place was very clean and well stocked. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

Great stay, easy to communicate, clean

Pros: Quiet, clean, nicely decorated, good communication from host, easy check-in and check-out.Cons: Shower did not get hot, however, host did try to fix it. The bed and pillows are uncomfortable- the bed dips in the middle, which means my husband and I ended up both rolling into the middle and made it tough to get a good nights sleep.

Great place to stay clean and amazing environment

Yes , everything was great , very clean and lovely, host very nice.

Everything was clean and private. Worked well for us for a short visit to Knox!

Wonderful place. Roomy, comfortable, clean. 100 times better than a hotel.

The pictures were accurate and it was very clean!

Cozy property short distance from UT campus. Very easy to find and met all of our needs! Highly recommend.

Was a perfect spot close to my stepdaughter who is pregnant. Was a great spot for me, my husband, and young son. Only complaint would be the mattress in the room. They definitely would benefit from a new one. Overall though, a great place to stay.

The apartment was very clean and neat. The neighborhood is very quiet. Overall our experience was very pleasant.

Very cute place. Great host was available to assist when needed.

The only reason I did not give this a 5 Star overall is because of the TV's. If you are not used to using online services to find TV shows the navigation is difficult. Other than that, this property was great. Location to areas around Knoxville was wonderful. Neighbor was quiet and seemed secure.

Overall was an enjoyable stay at this place! Clean and quiet and came with so much for such a great price. 11/10 will 100% be back!

We loved it. It was really clean and our Host was great!

Everything was great. Property in a neighborhood on a cul de sac. Clean and quiet. Well furnished. I only have one complaint. The bed was terrible. It dipped in the center severely. Not comfortable. Otherwise, great stay.

This vrbo location served our needs. It was clean and close to our family. My husband and I slept in the bedroom and our son on the pull-out couch. It was very private and quiet. Our only complaint was that the mattress seemed worn out and sagged in the middle, making it a little uncomfortable for two people.
