Stayed Dec 31, 1969Great home! Well-maintained and laid out. Needs a grater in the kitchen. Did not like guest mode on master bedroom Roku. Porches are great! Enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

Stayed Mar 25, 2023We have been to Watercolor before but this house was just perfect for our family! From the beautiful house to the location - everything was just perfect! We also couldn't have asked for better service from the Sanders rental company. Hands down the best service we have received. Their communication was amazing. We loved everything about our stay and even rebooked for next year! Watercolor is our happy place and we can't wait to return and create more memories and 37 Red Cedar Way is the perfect house for us!

Stayed Sep 25, 2021Our family had an INCREDIBLE week in Watercolor thanks to “The Sunny Side” and Sanders Beach Rental! The location was great – just one turn off of Western Lake Drive in Watercolor and walking distance to Camp Watercolor, which is always a big hit with our kids. The house had plenty of space for our family of five, including a four-bunk room for the kids. Screened in porch was perfect for morning coffee and relaxing and big dining room table had room for all of us, plus puzzles and games. Beach access is easy through the pools and beach club and the milkshake counter was a nice addition to the pool area. Bikes were all in great shape and Sanders Beach Rental made it super easy to add a bike for our youngest. All around, a great stay in a very nice, well-maintained and like-new home – thank you for a much-needed fall break getaway!

Stayed Jul 17, 2021We picked this property because it was a one story option. Because we had small children with us we thought this would make the stay more enjoyable. This house is perfect for families with small children. There are not alot of breakables to worry about. It is comfortable, well stocked and ample room.
